Some man who had the same time appointment as me made a stink and he got in and I was in the waiting room. When I was calles back for a 2nd time, the computers crashed again. I had to wait for a reboot on my first trip back. All my information was on the computer. Physical copies of my license and insurance cards had to be taken. Things would have run much better for all those left in the waiting room if they just finished me with drawing my blood on my first trip back. Believe me everyone in the waiting room was not happy that they had to wait for me to go back and start all over.

I've been here a few times already and I was always seen at my appointment time. The lab technicians are all very nice, gentle, and quick. Another plus is they are great with children!! This location is apart of a very busy parking complex that can sometimes be chaotic. I suggest going early in the morning before the stores open up.

I have gotten dozens of blood test in the last few years, all covered by insurance at different labs. When I asked her if she was sure, she became belligerent and kept yelling at me to look at her computer screen and I had to pay. I left, called my insurance, and they told me I would be covered for the test, and I could go to LabCorp where the test would be $112 and insurance would cover 80%.
