At a previous site in Bartram park, I waited over 3 hours to be seen. I was only in the waiting room at this location for about 15 minutes. Domonique came and got me and was amazing!! Quick and did a great job. Only about 5 days before I was in the hospital for pre-op blood draw... and they blew out both arms... she got a vein on the side and we joked around a bit and I was out in 5 minutes. All these reviews seem silly and much more like some Karen's that were mad they didn't get seen right away and get their way. This place has you in and out so quickly. The wait at this location has never been too long and the actual procedure only takes a few minutes. The staff is professional and personable which is a great combo. You can do a self-pay test if you don't have insurance and I think I paid $26 for what I had done. Not too bad Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Looks like they have about 10 locations in and around Jacksonville, but this location has easy parking and a really nice staff.

This lab refused to draw blood for cancer research…read more The clinic performing the research provided all tubes, labeling, instructions, and pre-paid shipping materials. This was at NO COST to this lab as the clinic provided billing information for reimbursement for all costs associated with the blood draw. I asked this lab to do the draw because it is in my network for medical care. The female manager I spoke with refused to read the 1 page letter of information which explained everything in detail. I suggested we call the clinic, but all she did was give me guff. I could clearly see that this was due to her CAN'T Do attitude as anything outside the norm is a vast inconvenience. All that was required was to draw blood, package it in the provided container, and mail it in the pre-paid packaging. I will gladly take my business elsewhere to someone who cares about cancer research.

You get confirmation right away via text and email which is so convenient. There's plenty of rooms for patients and the phlebotomists that work here are professional, personable, and efficient. They do everything from drawing blood to inputting information and collecting payments if you're paying out of pocket. And still manage to have a great attitude when they are very busy. Once I was seen there was very little conversation, or friendliness. She was more concerned collecting my payment.
