So far everyone has been amazing. The. The dr came in an I explained all my symptoms. She did a thorough exam. An then explain to me exactly what I needed and called in my prescriptions. She was an absolute delight. Then as I was checking out to pay for my shot an the receptionist was as so very nice. I wish I could remember all their names as they deserve all the kudos as well. I have to say this is probably one of the best urgent cares I have been too. Everyone is nice and caring and it was so worth the wait! If you also look them up on google you can you can see the hours that our busy and not so busy. I was required to have both with & without contrast. The tech was very good at inserting the IV, no mutable stabs or pain. I must have had some reaction to the radioactive dye as it flared up my arthritic hands and was hardly able to sleep that night.

I brought it in to Haseleu's Transmission, and they ended up recommending I have Ward's diagnose the issue--as at first appearances it seemed to be an issue more on the electrical side. I brought it in to Ward's, and they were able to carefully track down the issue. Once they figured it out they carefully explained the issue so that I understood the problem and then their recommended plan of action. At that point they did not pressure me at all, but told me if at all uncertain about what way to proceed to not rush it and to take some time to think about it before deciding what to do. They wanted me confident and satisfied in the decision before making it and were fine discussing and researching different possibilities. Then, when an unexpected family emergency came up with one of their founders and they needed to pass the work back to Haseleu's to actually do they completely and absolutely refused to charge me for all the diagnostic work and time spent explaining things. When's the last time you felt you owed a mechanic something and he wouldn't take it? There are some first rate people and techicians there with integrity. Their warranty is also unparalleled... I plan to go back there for anything out of my do-it-yourself skill range, and would encourage you to do so as well.
