I really liked this labcorp when it was still on Sears Drive. They just moved to Rt 17. It was very confusing getting there.m, and then when you do- no clear signs of where the hell they are. I had a fasting appointment. Checked in from the car. When I got to the office, it was packed, dirty and people were upset. I understand you just moved, but then don't open unless you are ready to do business. One woman said she was there for 2 hours. I tried to speak to the young lady at the front desk, but she straight up ignored me. I just wanted to know if I was checked in because it didn't say I was long the screen. It was a nightmare. I wasn't called by 9:00 (end of time to get fasting blood for adrenals) so I just say f this and left. Horrible experience. What a shame read more

to start off, the office changed locations and no one notified me of the change. in fact the confirmation email I received for the appointment stated the old address. so I arrived early to find a note on the old office door that i needed to go to another location. I made my way to the new location and upon arrival was told they did not have my appointment. when I showed the receptionist the confirmation, she told me it wasn't her problem, as they were not set up to accept lab scripts via email. It's the 21st century and they were not equipped to run their site electronically. I was treated as though their incompetence was my fault and was told "oh well." I would stay far away from this location. read more

I didn't have an appointment and arrived with no one in the waiting room at 7:15. I was immediately greeted and asked to check in at the kiosk. I sat for no more than a minute and Vesna (same person that greeted me) drew my blood in seconds. I have "spaghetti veins" and they move when poked. I'm used to multiple attempts to draw my blood and they usually end up going through my hand. Vesna is a true professional and was personable as well. HIGHLY recommend this location - GREAT experience. read more

From the perpetually closed, heavy, windowless, grey steel door at the entrance, to the soulless kiosk sitting just in front of two indifferent humans that gave an angry vibe, it's clear that Blade Runner's dystopian future has arrived in this corner of Paramus. The cute animal stickers plastered across the patient room wall was a small reprieve from the nightmare of having to listen to the inane banter of the Good Morning America crew that was loudly playing on the waiting room TV. I can never figure out what the hosts are always laughing about. Anyway, after taking my precious blood, the phlebotomist gave a quick and unfriendly line informing me that the procedure was complete. No goodbyes? No information about when my results will be available? Not even a lousy animal sticker? I guess I'm expecting too much from this corporate lab. read more

I have a standing order for labs every 2 weeks. Remarkable that employees at this location are either inept or just plain lazy. As they have never entered order into system and I have to physically bring written orders. The lack of professionalism is staggering. It also appears to be a consistent problem at all the Labcorp locations. Reviews are terrible. read more

As someone who always passes out when they get blood taken, I tend to be nervous when I go to get blood drawn. During my pregnancy I have been here a few times and they are always very accommodating and professional. Tiffany is also the best! Drew my blood super quick and made me feel at ease the whole time. read more

Go someplace else. First you use the kiosk. Then the even colder receptionist. You sit in one of the old dirty chairs and. My appointment was for 11. 11:44 they finally tell me to pee in a cup. The bathroom was disgusting. Plus no soap. Really NO SOAP!!!!! I'm glad I had wipes in my bag. When I complained someone went to check. When she finally came back she said there is soap. I told her that was not there when I was in there. Because that's where I put my cup!!!! Just go to another place. This place is a germ factory all it's own. read more

Came here once before and I got there around 2:15 ish and doors were locked when they are suppose to close at 3. I started knocking on the door and finally someone opened it and they acted all surprised that the doors weren't suppose to be locked. OKAY whatever. Today I went in again to get bloodwork done and while no one was there it still took me about a half hour to leave from there. Also the lady who drew my blood forgot her name but she has black long hair with glasses isn't the most pleasant person to deal with. I'm afraid of needles as it is and I would think if I'm telling someone that they'd make me feel as comfortable as possible. This place seriously zero fucks given. Don't go close to closing times they lock the door 1/2 hour before. They never answer the phones if you need to call. They ask for a credit card for their files even if you insurance, which they are not allowed to. Never any courtesy or friendliness. They billed the wrong insurance company because they didn't input my info correctly. Last time I was there the older lady (Phlebotomist) used the larger needle to get more blood out fast because the doctor requested several tests and she wanted to fill several tubes fast. I was in pain for a few days after. Labcorp must be scrapping the bottom of the workforce to get these lackluster employees. read more

I scheduled an appointment in Paramus for 9:45. Although they accept walk-ins, I wanted to play it safe and make the appointment anyway. I arrived at 9:40, signed in, and was in and out. The place was clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was for the simple fact that the directory wasn't clear about what floor to go to. When scheduling the appointment, I wanted to actually talk to someone to ask questions before arrival but it's all machines. Other than that, no issues. read more

I went in for blood work this morning , had no problem checking in at the kiosk . Wait time was short and everyone I came in contact with was professional and polite . When I saw previous reviews , I was hesitant but figured everyone has a bad day every now and then so I figured I would take a chance . I'm glad I did ! read more

Avoid at all costs. I brought my elderly, hard-of-hearing mother to this lab. At the small front window area were four women employees. Three were speaking to someone else on a cell phone using the speaker about a schedule from weeks prior. Obviously, they were trying to figure something out. The fourth woman employee was trying to register my mom. The three women having the other conversation constantly interrupted the woman helping us. It happened three separate times before I finally asked them to stop interrupting the fourth woman so she could get my mother registered. The three women stared at me as if I had sprouted another head or something! Only after glaring at these three women and with support from the fourth woman registering my mom did the three women disperse. One at least managed to mumble a lame "sorry." Once mom was registered, the fourth woman immediately took my mom for her blood work. However, my mom's doc did not receive the results until his office called to request them. I will never use that lab again and warn others away from them at every opportunity. read more
