The waiting room has a kiosk for Check-In ( again with appt or for walk-in) Have your Driver's License ready (& if you are using Insurance, that card too.) The kiosk scans these cards. Check In takes only a few minutes. The,staff gets patients In\Out FAST!! I have "hard to find" veins. I run into painful issues sometimes. BUT here we are 3 for 3 for perfect blood work extraction. There's also a pharmacy and a holistic wellness center (massage, reiki, meditation), though the latter doesn't seem to be a huge focus overall. I agree with another review that the communication between departments and the billing can be areas of headache. But the latter seems to be an issue in many Healthcare facilities. It would be great if doctors consistently looked at each patient as an individual vs relying on broad generalizations. But again, it's a systemic issue. Located across from the renovated Valley Hospital, luckow is much easier for parking and navigation purposes.

When I arrived, I was told I needed to sign up for a membership just to get the vaccine. This felt misleading and completely unnecessary. The receptionist was not helpful and seemed confused about their own policies. Instead of giving me a clear answer, she tried to take me to a back office, which felt like an attempt to pressure me into signing up for a membership I did not want or need. I made it clear I was only there for the vaccine and asked if I could receive it without signing up. Rather than answering directly, I was met with more pushback. At that point, I asked them to cancel my appointment and left. Overall, this was a waste of time due to poor communication and lack of transparency. If a membership is required for basic services like vaccines, that should be clearly stated upfront--especially on booking platforms like Zocdoc. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

Last March, which became my last month of membership, I came in to have my son's vaccine administered. I was expecting a doctor to see us and monitor the process. Apparently, only a nurse or medical assistant did it. I wasn't told what vaccine it was and again, I trusted it was what we agreed on from a prior visit. I requested for a vaccine log and yet, I received it the day after. When I read it, I found out that they administered the wrong vaccine. I was furious! And I still am. My relatives are encouraging me to consult with a lawyer. My son's school actually spoke to the doctor taking the blame. This resulted to my son's temporary exclusion from school. And if anyone wants advice with this center - be very clear with the medications and diagnosis of your situation. Insist on having a doctor when nurses/assistants are working with you.
