I did arrive late and Ms. Brittany said no worries that I would be next. I was so happy because I didn't want to reschedule. When I arrived the office was warm and Ms. Brittany was very friendly. We had a couple of side bar conversations about the state of the world we live in. It was nice to just talk to someone. The process for the procedure was seamless. My paperwork was partial complete so it took me no time to finish. After waiting I was quickly seen by the technician. She was very personable and sweet. She explained the procedures and what I needed to do to get great images. During the process I fell asleep. She told me one of the images had to be done because I moved. I knew I had moved when I woke myself up. She redid it and within 5 minutes I was done. She then explained that a copy would be sent to MRCP and I asked for a copy. She did the copy of images literally in 3 minutes. By the time I came back from the restroom she was done. This was a easy experience and if I ever need an MRI I am most definitely coming here and you should too.

They should call this place "In-and-Out" Diagnostics or something!…read more So I had to drop by here to get my blood drawn for my doctor's office. I was a little worried about going to Quest Diagnostics because I figured there might be a long wait. The nurse at my doctor's office even said to try to call or book an appointment online before going in because sometimes it can be up to 1-2 hours of a wait if not. Well I dropped by here at 8:30am... No appointment. I tried calling this place but it just kept ringing and ringing and no one was answering - so I decided to just go. I have a smartphone to keep me busy and all morning with nothing on the schedule. I showed up at the building. Parking lot looked slammed. Found 1 of 2 open spots. I was bracing myself for the worst. Thinking if it is two or more hours, I'll just come back another time. I walked in - place has a really small waiting area. Two very nice black ladies greeted me and helped check me in. NO one was there! No one was waiting and looking at the sign-in sheet only a few people signed in before in the morning. From there it was a breeze. It took not even 2 minutes to draw my blood after the lady told me to go to the back room. She found my massive vein and stuck it like a champ. Quick, easy, and painless for me. I don't have a weird thing with needles, I actually prefer to watch. Then I just left with a nice little gauze over the site they drew blood and I was on my way. 5 stars from me on friendliness, I lucked out on the quick service with no one in front of me waiting, they were professional, and it was done quickly.

It was a bit difficult to find as my GPS (google) directed me down a side street when the business is actually on Germantown ave. I found it two doors down from the eye doctor on the corner. I think this may be a new location. I was able to easily check in using the Ipad in the waiting room. There was no one else waiting so I was called back in 2 or 3 minutes. The process was much more involved than I realized. I produced my paperwork and ID, had to lock up my outer clothing, phone, and purse, selected a sample cup, had 60 seconds to produce a temperature appropriate sample, then watched her seal the sample and signed the paperwork. The whole process took about 10-15 minutes to complete and was very quick and easy. The technicians were affable and friendly.

Quest now has an easy electronic check-in, using a smart phone, although they are not usually very busy, and checking in on paper is not a problem. I usually schedule in advance online, and they seem always have convenient appointments available. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. The phlebotomist does a great job, quick and painless. The other great thing about this location is that it's across the street from Mt. Airy Breakfast & Lunch, one of my favorite diners in the area. So you can pop in early, get labs done, then head across the street for breakfast. Then, for the G-town Ave trifecta, take care of your banking in the Philadelphia Federal Credit Union next door. Okay, need stamps or need the mail something? Post office is right there. Isn't Germantown great?

I understand appointments go first, but the pace was unbelievably slow -- in almost two hours only a handful of people were taken back. It honestly makes you wonder how understaffed this location must be. There were people who had been waiting even longer than me and were still there when I finally left. I even tried booking an appointment a week in advance and couldn't get a morning slot, so walking in was my only option. Now I've lost an entire month trying to get essential lab work done. To make matters worse, the waiting room was uncomfortable in every way -- overcrowded, stuffy, poor ventilation, and frankly tough to sit through for hours. Expecting people to wait 3-4 hours in those conditions is unreasonable. LabCorp needs more staff, better scheduling, and a serious upgrade in patient flow (and maybe some airflow too). This experience was exhausting and unacceptable. Patients deserve better.

On 4/21/26 I arrived and signed in at 10:30 am with perhaps 20 people waiting with no open seats. I waited outside and checked patient progress on the status board. At about 11:20 I went inside and my name was called. I went into the 3 desk check-in area and a nice pregnant nurse Diana started to check me in. She was stopped by the office manager woman who said it was another David who had been called. I looked at the property owner map on the wall c. 1890 to find my family home in Cheltenham as I had done in the past and the manager told me to leave. I refused as I was not blocking any new sign-ins and she threatened to call the Abington Police- who came and I explained the situation to them and her unfriendly racist behavior towards me. They videotaped my conversations with them and made no charges against me. I was told that many Labcorp workers have quit and they are understaffed. All seven blood taking rooms were filled with only Diana taking blood, no one at the 3 check-in desks when I was called by phone text at 12:22 pm. I left at 12:40. Suggest the office manager take training in customer service and hire more Phlebotomists. Appointments should be by scheduling, no walk ins. Diana should be commended on her professionalism and caring.

Ok cool but you are still aware that me as a patient am waiting on results in which your office received and still no one bothered to contact me. Hornstein Did not listen to me. Did not want to listen to me. Every time I'd talked he put his head down and close his eyes,as if he felt some type of way of me speaking. As if I was only there to briefly explain myself. He would give me HIS diagnosis and that was what I was to accept. My opinion DID NOT MATTER. He isn't intelligent at all. He clearly doesn't understand the human body and how nerves in the body work. He has weak unintelligent people around him allowing him to speak to people in such a way. His assistant christine seemed as one of those weak unintelligent people. Putting her head down and not speaking up as to why he was speaking to a patient the way he was. She called me weird to another co worker for asking them for a referral to another doctor. How am I weird for asking for a referral when I am not aware of who exactly to ask. I was simply crossing my t's and dotting my i's. Ewwww. No!
