The parking lot has plenty of spaces. On the 1st floor, there is a directory that lists the suite numbers of the businesses such as, Anchor Medical Associates, Lifespan Laboratories, Men's Health Center, and Infectious Diseases Outpatient Clinics in Rhode Island. The Lifespan Laboratories hours are Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm and is located on the 2nd floor, Suite D. Anchor Medical Associates is my PCP so I usually go there first and then have bloodwork done at the Lifespan Laboratories right around the corner. When you walk in, you first pull a ticket number and then your number will be called by the receptionist. The receptionist will check you in and I gave her my lab requisition form. Within 5 minutes, I was called in and blood was drawn. Phlebotomist was very pleasant and process was quick and seamless. There was no bruise at the blood drawn site.

The process was quick and smooth. Much easier than to drive to the RI Hospital area and deal with traffic and pay parking.

I've found that the staff working this location are nice and the process is not painful nor traumatic. It has a nice private parking lot and the ESCL is located downstairs. Every time I've been, there is almost no wait and I am in/out very quickly. They will send you copies of your results by email or Post office, just need to request it.

As you park on the street level and you walk in, the sign says Lab is located downstairs... No elevator, no parking area at that level either, so if you have a wheelchair or walker, you can not really reach the lab unless you walk down the steep set of stairs. One nice lady, seeing our predicament, told us to sit at an older room with a chair and she asked one of the technicians from the lab downstairs to come up and draw my husband's blood. That was very convenient. We waited maybe 10 minutes and someone came to draw blood. Just a note for those who are mobility challenged.

I needed to get my bloodwork for my annual physical checkup. Melissa was really friendly and nice to me. I told her I hate needles and she made me very comfortable by telling me that she was going to use a baby needle and a butterfly to minimize any pain or discomfort. The procedure was easy and painless. I was very happy with it. The network of laboratories in MA and RI, offer full-service, stat/urgent testing, and most reference testing, as well as comprehensive anatomic pathology and cytology services. I fully recommend. Went here yesterday to have my 24 hour ambulatory EEG placed…read more There is a private parking lot, but limited spaces. The office building is shared with a law firm & is handicap accessible. There was nobody else there when I arrived, so there was no wait time. The tech was friendly and sociable. Explained the equipment in a concise manner. Was very concerned about my comfort when wrapping my head, which was nice. Heads up, when they call you to schedule an appointment, it comes from a New York number. Initially, I didn't answer the call because I thought they were telemarketers...LOL! I made sure to make note of that for next time so I didn't miss any other calls. I guess my only complaint would be that they were supposed to have sent me paperwork to fill out ahead of time, and I never received it. It was given to me the day my EEG was placed and I needed to fill it out and bring it back when I brought the equipment back. Other than that, no complaints.
