These people are rude. Every time I am forced to go here you best be sure to wait forever. Do not go here. The staff is not nice and they rush you after waiting over 1 . Appt times mean nothing here. So good luck. Also I am sure to leave with a super sore arm and bruises the next day. The last visit landed me with a rolled vein in urgent care. Found out at almost 1pm that I needed to have blood work done. They close at 2pm, so I had to go to the one in Quakertown. Normally I go to a different one. The woman who checked me in asked a few questions and although I was tired and not feeling well and a bit overhelmed at what I still had to do that day, I was NOT rude and I was if anything a bit quiet and I gave short answers. I told her when we were back in the room that I had not been drinking water and that she might have problems finding a vein. I am usually a hard stick anyway. She found it right away but it felt like she jabbed me harder than she had to and that she was rougher than she had to be. When she got it in, it almost felt like she pushed on it or twisted it and I felt a shooting pain go all the way to my wrist. Never had that before. I really wish that I had of gotten her name so I could put it in this review. I will just say that she is a short, fat, hispanic woman. If you see this one in there, don't let her go near you. read more

I walked in for blood work on March 7 at 1.30pm. There was no que or anyone before me and this place had 2 employees working. As soon as I checked in to their kiosk, the gentlemen behind the counter called my name and cracked a nasty joke which made his other female colleague laugh like crazy as I walked inside. This gentlemen then asked me for my information and I told him I have a printed order from my doctor for blood work to which he again said something to make fun of - he was very rude. Unfortunately he was the one who ended up taking my blood sample and was very ruthless. I had a very bad experience and I will not recommend this place. They need to train the gentlemen on customer service. read more

If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! I went there today 2/9/2023 and the attitudes on allllllll of the employees were horrifying!!!!!!! They way they talked to the patients was uncalled for! I have been to 3 other lab corps and I have never had a bad experience until I went to the one in Quakertown. I have been to Perkasie, Lansdale, and Sellersville, and they were all fabulous, but unfortunately the Quakertown Lab Corp is far from reputable. I had a glucose test scheduled for 9:45 am. I made the appointment weeks ago online to have done during my 28th week of pregnancy. When I arrived this morning, I was very rudely told that an hour and a half is needed before closing to conduct this test. The woman behind the desk was far from kind or courteous about the situation even though it was not my fault. Nowhere on the website did it say that it needed to be an hour and a half prior to closing. 5 minutes is needed to drink the test beverage (or less), and then an hour before the blood draw. This could have easily been done within an hour and 15 min., especially since I made an appointment. Also there were two other people behind the counter who were just joking around instead of working, and those two didn't have their masks on, even though Labcorp has a strict mask policy. I decided to go to Quest across the street even though my insurance doesn't cover the test there. They got me right in as a walk in, and were puzzled why labcorp told me that I needed an hour and a half for the test. They also were kind and reassured me that if I had to go a bit outside my 28 week window it would be okay. They told me if I couldn't do it there due to the cost, I could try an urgent care that was close by. Their kindness was much appreciated after the callous treatment I received at Labcorp. They got my paperwork done within 3 minutes without an appointment, got me the test beverage, and made sure I was taken care of-thank you Quest Diagnostics for doing what Labcorp couldn't. I don't even care that my insurance didn't cover as much there-it was worth the money to go to be in a warm and respectable environment read more

I made an appointment for 12:15 in the afternoon at LabCorp Quakertown. When I got there the kiosk was not working so we had to manually sign in. That was fine, wasn't anyone's fault. I sat patiently waiting, even though they didn't honor anyone's appointment (that was one of the questions on the sign-in form). I finally got in about 12:40. The gentleman who called me back asked me several questions, (I'm still waiting patiently). When he was done he told me to go to room #1. I waited in the room a couple minutes. He came in, felt for my vein, I asked him if he was the only one there. He shook his head "yes" (although there was a woman there also taking patients). I said, "that must be tough". No response. He drew my blood but just as he was taking the needle out of my arm it felt like he twisted it or bent it(?) He was very dismissive of me even being there, almost to the point of being rude. After about an hour I had a lump and bruising where he drew the blood. I understand he may have felt overwhelmed but being dismissive and rude is no way to treat patients. The man that came in after me was pretty much an a**whole, which made me want to be that much kinder to the technician. It's Friday and I still have a lump on my arm where he drew the blood and it's still bruised. I never was treated like this at Quest, which is where I'll be going from now on. The only reason I went to LabCorp is because I switched insurance and they only pay 100% at LabCorp. I might add that the woman who was there was also very short, to the point of being rude, to the patients that she checked in. These people need an attitude adjustment or find another job. read more
