She was unneccesarily harse. She made no attempts to make me more comfortable. I know the movement was from my breathing. They wrote on the report that she kept reminding me not to move. Also that the images were less than desired due to my claustrophobia. I was not claustrophobic, or nervous at the start...........I recently had a cardiac MRI, at St Luke's in a closed MRI, & it was a much much better experience. The technician took the time to make me feel better. I asked her about the breathing & movement. She said she would let me know when to take a deep breathe, hold it, & then release it. It was a a series of these & she got perfect pictures. Shame on the technician at Allentown Dx Imaging! Also, the report was limited, & I feel did not detect as accurate result.

The lady who performed the ultrasound was courteous, attentive, cordial, friendly and very gentle. I almost didn't feel her performing the ultrasound. Overall experience - reassuring, comfortable and calming. Would do it again anytime, if I could be assured of having the same 3 technicians performing the procedures! Even the girl at the front desk was so reassuring and helpful.

The monetary greed that this group practices is reprehensible at best and a plain old money grab at worst. I strongly recommend using another radiology practice and avoid this place at all costs. Taking financial advantage of people who are in pain and desperate to get results as to their possible health issue is completely, in my opinion, unethical, morally wrong and plain greedy. Every time I call, whether it's to return a call from the woman who confirms appts, I think her name was Pam? Or to reschedule or schedule its a very long wait on the phone - today, I've tried 3 times and had to hang up - waited 15 minutes with no one picking up. Yes, that's bad - when there are phone services that will call you back when they are free. Do people spend all day trying to reach someone? How can you get back to the staff when you can't get through? Second is, they have farmed out most of their phone support to India. Difficult to understand them and then they will sometimes give you incorrect prep information or put you hold because THEY have to call the direct office to get the info! That's really bad as well - most times you have questions about preparation for a test and need correct info which can only come from experienced staff that works at the office! I know RAH/ImageCare is growing, but then spend the money on support here in the US!

I feel that I am in very good hands and the communication is there. They usually don't let me leave until they have reviewed my mammogram so that I could feel peace of mind. They also send a written report to me and my doctor on a timely basis. I find that the equipment is totally up-to-date and I can depend on its accuracy.
