The two technicians who performed both MRIs were cordial, attentive to my needs, courteous and went overboard to make me comfortable during the tests. The lady who performed the ultrasound was courteous, attentive, cordial, friendly and very gentle. I almost didn't feel her performing the ultrasound. Overall experience - reassuring, comfortable and calming. Would do it again anytime, if I could be assured of having the same 3 technicians performing the procedures! Even the girl at the front desk was so reassuring and helpful.

It's so bad you can taste it! Second, the technicians attitude! Obivisouly, she hates her job and wants everyone to be as miserable as she is. I had my young daughter in for a bone age x-Ray and the tech asked "what are you here for?" So I told her, "bone age x-Ray". This apparently wasn't good enough. She kept demanding "why are you here" and in a condescending manner "these are very standard questions". Again, I tell her that "I am concerned about my daughters lack of growth" and again she demands why? She had the script in front of her with the codes...I shouldn't have to go into detail with a tech while my daughter is right there next to me. My son has to inject himself everyday for bone growth issues and now my daughter is scared that she'll have to do the same. My daughter didn't know why she was there until the tech demanded it. Just terrible! My daughter even asked "why was that lady being mean"? If a 10 year old thinks you're mean, that's a problem. Some advise! Get your establishment professionally cleaned and raise your hiring standards!

I showed up for my appointment, but my primary had written the script without the correct code, and initially I was going to have to reschedule. Lisa Gonzalez, who I thought must be the office manager, was determined to reach the primary's office (on a Wednesday when they were closed) and made sure she reached someone who could get her the correct code. She told me that sometimes women don't come back for years when there is an issue like this and she didn't want me to risk it. She kept me there until she heard back and then fit me right in to the schedule. Turns out, she was the one who performed the mammogram! Super gentle and patient----took the time to get the scans right the first time and positioned me so carefully. You ALL know this isn't fun----but she limited my pain with her obvious expertise and care. Fortunately, it was just a lipoma and nothing to worry about. Thank you to the entire group-----but a special shout out to Lisa Gonzalez!!!

Told me that I had to reschedule, and that my "table time" was 315p and that I was supposed to be there are 3. I wouldn't have made the appt for 3pm cause I would have known that would have been unrealistic to make. Yes, I got the text to "please arrive early" and did the best I could and would have made it a little earlier if it wasn't for the heavier than expected traffic. They should make the appt time 15 minutes earlier than the actual "table time" and not cause unnecessary delay in testing or make the customer reschedule their lives because of their inadequate scheduling system. I was allowed to get my Bone scan and that tech told me it was because they are "short staffed today" so that's the reason, I thought to myself, not what I wanted to hear. Still not sure I will reschedule here, may go elsewhere but that only hurts me again cause they have all of my records

The women at the front desk are much more pleasant than the front desk women at the Edison location. My experiences at Edison made me not want to go to that particular location anymore. I'm glad I decided to come to this location instead and my experience has always been good. The ultrasound tech is very nice and she makes me feel comfortable every time I go. I wish I got her name but she is always amazing the times I've gone.

Don't want to schedule an appointment online? We'll have I got great news for you. This business has decided that what their customers want most when they need medical imaging done is to go through the process of applying for a job online. While uploading your documents you will be asked to type out all the information located on your health insurance card and then you will be asked to upload the front and back of your health insurance card 3 different times in 3 different places, and then when you get to the facility, guess what they're gonna ask you for? They're going to ask you for your health insurance card! why did you have me upload 3 distinct copies of the front and back of my health insurance card only to have me provided in person. What was the purpose of that ridiculous exercise in time wasting? But wait! There's more! Why are you visiting us? For X-rays! What kind? How would I know that's why the doctor gave me a script. You read the script , not me. I can't read doctor chickenscratch. You've asked me to upload scans of the scripts. Once, twice, oh look another document you're asking for triplicate plus a description? Why? Why are you like this! Do I have nothing better to do? Obviously nothing better to do that express my frustration with the lack of care given to the consumer on all fronts.
