Early is the worst time to go but many times you have to fast. This review is for my visit on the 9th of Jan. The young lady seemed not as experienced as some of the others in there that draw blood samples. I never had a problem in the past and they have no problem finding the right spot. This lady did not hit the vein spot on and so she was moving the needle around while in my arm. She only got half a vial. The elastic was put on way too tight so my arm hurt most of the day. PLUS that spot had a huge bruise about the size of two silver dollars. I showed my husband when I got home and he has never had that problem there. She needs more experience before she deals with the public. I wish I wold have taken a photo.

The staff are all polite from the PARS to the lab technicians! Charlotte has drawn my blood twice and is an expert! Quick & Painless draws each time! She is very personable as well. The lab shares space with renown medical group so I usually will see patients coming through to have labs drawn after they are seen by their provider, which is actually very convenient! It's always good to have schedule your lab appt as with any lab services. When dropping in be advised they will take the scheduled visits as priority prior to drop ins. I love that they are open on Saturday mornings for those who work Monday-Friday.

The tech who was also the receptionist was friendly and pleasant. I had only booked for a few individual tests, but he showed me package deals which were more cost effective so I went with a more comprehensive test package. We went to the draw area and when he pricked my arm, it really hurt. I tried not to move or react, but I could tell that this procedure was going to leave a mark. See the picture of my arm the next day. It was sore and tender for another 4 days. I used the bathroom to collect my urine sample. I was texted and emailed login credentials to create a profile and to able to receive my results. The results came in 4 days later. I liked the convenience of making an appointment, but I am not sure I will return due to the pain and discomfort of the blood draw.

She had a very bad attitude and spoke to us as if she was there working for free and we we're intruding on her space. She kept saying she couldn't find my daughter's information in the system while taking her time and taking long pauses between questions. Emma Vega kept insisting we get back in line while the information pops up. Since when are people pushed to the side because of a "system failure" instead of attending us?! We did not get labs because of this rude, unprofessional woman who for some reason took her hate for her job out on my daughter and I. So yeah, I need to be seen. --I'm fine seeing a PA with experience who works closely with an excellent surgeon. The surgeon I knew as kind and competent. I would not let another touch my shoulder. !!Just order an MRI so I know where I am with this new injury. -- I need to be seen, as the ER doctor has referred me to my previous orthopedic doc who happens to work with Swift Institute. But at this point, I'm alarmed. Swift is set up to be sure the money flows w/out a hitch. The doctors want this money flowing and they want bodies on the table. This is how the sausage here is made. I can understand that a surgeon just wants to do surgery (and get paid top $$). -- To Have patients heavily screened and -- only see the surgical candidate prior to scheduling any surgery. And the move on to the next case. The more the merrier. In this way a doctor can hone their skills without actually having to hardly see the client/patient. Beauty! After years of this behavior, you have a surgeon that has 'seen it all' done it all knows it all. I'm not sure what you have is an -actual doctor surgeon. It's more like you have a robot surgeon (kept in a closet that you feed coins into). I do not plan to return. I need to get calls returned. I need respect. Medicare pays for diagnosis. The idea that I must sign saying I'm responsible for the bill if Medicare hassles them about the billing? Finally, on my way home, I dropped by the other Swift office. I think that there I got the truth. They are telling me that they will not bill Medicare. They refuse to bill Medicare --for even diagnostics. Because Medicare has a history of denying auto accident claims. They Never Bill Medicare in an auto accident event. Not even if you agree to pay if the claim is denied. Catch 22, it will never get billed. So it'll never get paid. Because they will not bill. One wonders how a claim is denied if it's never billed. But: the fact remains. Medicare pays for diagnostics after auto accidents. Period. They don't pay for --treatment-- until auto insurance is exhausted. Apparent they don't know how to properly bill Medicare. ? More likely they don't like what Medicare pays them.

Last time I was here, you had to check in at the kiosk, no person to actually help if you had…read moreissues. I did not. However, I watched two people come in and have trouble. One rang the bell and the lady just kept telling them to use the kiosk, and when they said they were trying she kept saying use the kiosk, use the kiosk, use the kiosk. The person gave up and left. The second person needed help and after watching that, I helped. I was able to help them get their license scanned and checked in. This person was not a English first language, the lack of help was appalling to me. Then the billing. I have visited several times and not showing payments posted. I called and asked for a statement of account. Any provider should be able to provide this, it is a list of services and payments. I was told I would be sent the statement, what I received was individual copies of bills. I noticed a payment was not posted, I called back and the person, says, "there is another bill". (Why do I not have it, I thought) I said I requested a full statement of my account. She said, "we don't do that, we can only send copies of individual bills" so I asked again to have a copy of every single bill sent so I can reconcile to make sure my payments are posted. I am now waiting for that, but I will not use Quest ever again. It is ridiculous that they can't print one statement for me with everything and they way they treated people in person was degrading. Go elsewhere if you can.
