This is one of the laziest labs I have ever been too. I checked in early, only one other patient in the building and they made me wait in a room while 4 techs wandered around talking to each other. A second person came in after me and they checked them in and drew their samples while I still waited. read more

Whatever you do, don't let the new lady touch your veins. I have never in my life felt like I was going to pass out from pain getting my blood drawn. The blood draw site is completely swollen! I've never seen this happen before! I'm pretty sure she used a regular size needle and not a butterfly in my hand vein. I have never had to ice myself after getting a blood draw to stop the pain and swelling. So upset! read more

As someone who needs to have blood work done every 2-4 weeks, finding a good lab is pretty important. That being said, this is one of my favorite labs around. Everyone here is friendly and efficient (not always the case at these places!), and the phlebotomists have all been excellent. The new sign-in stations are super convenient: scan your driver's license, answer a few questions on the touch screen, and you're done! It's even easier if you made an appointment online, scan, check yes or no for fasting, and grab a seat. Appointments are one of the main reasons why I love this location so much, it's small enough that they are readily available. Walk-ins are always accepted, but I don't like to run the risk of a long wait. Things generally move along smoothly, but the drawback of being so small is that if there is a rush, the wait can start to get a bit long. The biggest drawback here is the hours, as they close at 3, so minus a star there at no fault of the location's staff. All in all, a very solid location, just take the time to go to labcorp.com and schedule an appointment if you can, it'll make the experience much easier! read more

If you or someone you love has a fear of needles and tends to feel faint or actually pass out while getting blood work done.... DO NOT GO HERE!!! This isn't the first time they shamed me and belittled me for it either but I went back to try and give the benefit of the doubt this last time..... BIG MISTAKE! It took them over 25minutes to input my scripts into the computer and when I told the phlebotomist taking my blood that I tend to get faint she rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude for asking for a butterfly needle. She then proceeded to lecture me about how I shouldn't be afraid and gave me the nastiest look when asking "How old are you again?" All the while not even starting the process to look for a vein to get started. She kept saying "oh it's like a mosquito bite don't worry" well let me tell you she was singing a COMPLETELY different tune when I went flush and started sweating almost fainting in her chair. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM FAINTING OR AFRAID OF NEEDLES!!!! read more

The "express" check-in doesn't do anything more than allow the staff to do their work without being distracted. Logically that would translate faster service. Not at this location. 3 staff members were star front desk and can't say how many were doing the blood work. So I ask where's the better and faster service? I felt like I was at DMV except for the fact they all wear lab coats. If you can find a better location or off hours or your local doctors office do that instead and save time and grief. read more

Getting bloodwork done is normally a huge ordeal for me because I get very hot and I normally pass out. The women at this location did a wonderful job talking to me the entire time so that I was less focused on the fact that they were drawing blood. The woman who checked me in was very nice and quick. The woman taking my blood checked in multiple times to make sure I was okay & was very attentive in making sure I was still okay after the fact. They offered me cold water and a cold pack because I did end up getting very hot. I was in and out in ten minutes, I will definitely be coming back to this location for future bloodwork. read more

The receptionists and phlebotomist who helped me were very nice and despite the fact that they were short-staffed, made sure that I was comfortable during the process. They made accommodations for me since I tend to not feel so well after getting blood drawn. Overall, as good an experience that someone could have while getting their blood taken. read more

Got there at 6:50 (open at 7)only one person ahead of me. Check in process easy and quick!!! Had seen reviews about Sam all over, so I asked for Sam and, as the reviews stated, Sam was awesome!!! I am a terrible patient, but he made me feel very much at ease. In and out in 20 minutes. I will definitely use this location in the future when needed, and I will most DEF ASK for SAM!! read more
