The process always runs smoothly from registration to blood draw, but the biggest thing is that they have never hurt me in the course of doing their job. This has been true for decades. I'm surprised I haven't written a review of the lab until now. Chairs are well spaced and the television is on at very low volume so it's not intrusive, which makes sitting in the waiting area more pleasant for me.

I watched her, patient after elderly patient throw such unwarranted attitude and disgust to people go gave her NO SUCH reason to act that way. Everyone knows this lady is awful yet somehow management has done nothing about it. I watch her speak from a regular tone to her coworkers to speaking so quietly and with so much attitude to elderly patients that clearly couldn't hear her. They ask her to repeat and she gets more angry. I truly don't understand how Labcorp can keep someone like this around. I didn't have to "go" when it was my turn but instead of sending me on my way I was able to sit and drink a little more water and even talked and laughed with both employees and another customer who apparently also needed a little bit more water. It shouldn't be a big deal, just show what you need the patient to do. However, when the employee says 'whatever' and mumbles something towards the patient (because the patient didn't understand what the employee meant), that's never ok. Unless the demeanor is on purpose so that no patients come in or to attempt to antagonize the patient. Even when the employee is the only one there, customer service skills/ professionalism should remain intact. That is an expectation, she chose the job. The office wasn't busy, the patient wasn't late, and it wasn't close to closing. If I was told about this before we left the office, I would have spoken to the employee personally.

Even when the place is completely empty, they refuse walk-ins and tell you to go somewhere else. They accept walk-ins, but when you call or show up, they never do. It's misleading and a waste of time. Appointments are also a big issue. It's very hard to find availability, and even if you manage to book something two weeks out, you might arrive and find they're closed or your appointment was canceled without any notice. On top of that, they often close earlier than their posted hours and seem to clock out quickly before their actual closing time. What's really disappointing is that the location itself is great. It's in a nice neighborhood, very close to my house, and I was actually happy to find a place nearby so I wouldn't have to drive far. I really wanted to keep coming here, but unfortunately the service is extremely poor. I would not recommend this location.

It gives me the very peaceful feeling accompanied by soft music. I feel like I'm floating in the middle of summer night! The ultrasound technician Melissa treated me with care and upmost respect. Melissa explained to me what will be done and the final report will be ready in just 2 days. The other facility use the ultrasound gel is icy cold, but Melissa use the preheat gel just right temperature to make me feel she consider all her patients are deserving the very best treatment.
