May 15th: This place is a joke. It's an urgent care clinic. There's no point of making an…read moreappointment. I showed up on time for my appointment and waited for over an hour for the PA and had a brief conversation; about 2 minutes. No bedside manners. Also, labs is another long wait. I'm not sure who's running this place but they obviously do not practice patient-centered care. I gave this place two stars because of the front-desk staff; they seem to be the most efficient part of clinic operations. The other star is for the cleanliness (at least on visual inspection). I spoke with the healthcare manager about unsatisfactory experience and he said that I'm not the first to make these complaints; however, much of the explanation he gave seems to align with the practice, that is wait and see and "my hands are tied." May 23: sending prescription to the pharmacy is another wait. It's almost a week later since I provided substantiating documentation and I still don't have all of my prescription (one is OTC!). I'm almost tempted to travel an hour away for medical care because I know the standards are higher. I'm not expecting perfection, but I think that this practice needs to learn and uphold their own core values of "ICARE" that they allegedly claim.

When I arrived no one was waiting, I did a walk in check in. The quest employee came out and said she'd be right with me when she was helping an elderly person out. While I was waiting a couple came in and checked in. They had an appointment at 3:00 and it was 2:45. The elderly lady was struggling to sign in for her husband's appointment and the quest employee came out and was extremely impatient with her. It was very rude. Then a lady came in with a drop off. A different quest employee took the drop off person, and then took the elderly man. The drop off customer left and the quest employee told me they are running behind schedule and could not take any walk ins. I said, wait so you're not going to do my blood work? There's no one here? And she said no, like I said we are behind schedule. By now it was 3:30, theres two quest employees and only one person being helped and no one waiting. I was so confused but Im too nice to argue so I just left. I've never had such a bad experience at any other quest location. This is the second time it's been awful.
