Dr stated that they requested the dvd a few times with no response from the hospital, so we called Reedley mri department they are telling the dr one fax number telling me a different fax number and showing on the internet a different number and none of the numbers are where my request needs to be sent too. Now I'm going to pick up the disk and mail it myself because Adventist can't get organized on many different levels. It's really sad to see my local hospital become this. And still no return calls from any one in management or administration, all I see from Adventist is no empathy or care of the people coming in looking for care when they need it the most

I have a few health issues and Dr. Rubio always spends time communicates what he thinks we should do. I've had labs drawn on site which is convenient too. If I'm sick it's always a relief knowing I can get an appointment quickly. With that said I moved 45 minutes away and will still come here it's worth the quality of care both myself and partner get from this office and Dr. Rubio.
