Which is crazy because when I made the appt, I selected pre-employment urine test and they let me pick that time. Second/Third time: -had an appt -checked in w/ link sent to me -within 2 mins I was taken back for pre-employment blood work -phlebotomist quickly drew blood and I was out the door in 2 mins -never had any billing issues all 3 times.

The phlebotomist was excellent, and was able to draw blood with one poke (I'm not always the easiest subject for that task). No pain and no subsequent bruising. All in all, this was as pleasant of an experience as one could have under these circumstances. Great job--I'll be back (if I have to be).

While Dr. Haun was kind in demeanor, he did not listen to or respect my clearly stated wishes regarding size. I repeatedly requested a small B cup or even an A cup. Instead, my "expanders" were enlarged multiple times with reassurance that this was temporary and necessary to achieve my desired result. A couple of weeks before my final surgery, when I began questioning the outcome, Dr. Haun left the room without answering my concerns. At that point, I was exhausted, desperate to finish cancer treatment, return to work, and move on with my life, so I went forward. I ultimately ended up a full C cup--far from what I requested. The reconstruction later failed when the implants slipped, requiring complete revision surgery with another provider. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Dr. Haun for breast reconstruction surgery.

There is a chubby male with a beard that's probably the worst employee. There is a light skinned female with tattoos who is the best employee and ultimately took care of me promptly. This location at least needs an office manager to make sure the employees keep things running in some sort of order.

I wrote my name on the clipboard and once she was done with a previous client she called me and I gave her the kit I needed to get dawn. She looked over the box and got the specimen tubes and labels ready and called me to the back to draw my blood all within minutes. She was really nice and skilled. Came and left this place all in less than 15mins. My labs was a send out and I got my results all within the week. I really appreciated this place professionalism and efficiency. To my surprise there was another patient waiting for the lab to open at 7am. I immediately got in line and quickly two more patients got in line behind me. Total of patients prior to opening =4. I can imagine how annoying this may be for an employee to get to work but the sweet girl working at the lab walked up to the door with a huge smile, greeted us and unlocked the door. We all checked in the kiosk and shortly after were called back one by one. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The lab employee was so gentle and had such a pleasant attitude! I'm so happy the visit turned out to be quick since I had to be at work. The young lady working at this lab deserves a raise for having to work all alone. She's an exceptional employee and I will be back thank to her and of due to my doctor's orders ;)

I was pleasantly surprised to see nobody standing outside the door waiting (literally showed up at 6:55am, they open at 7am) Once 7am hit, they unlocked the door and greeted me. I get my blood drawn every couple of months and then go back in to go over the results and make sure everything is good. Workers are masked and nice. It is clean and safe. The best time to go in is in the morning. It gets really busy. Packed to where you don't feel as safe in the afternoon. I walked in early at 9:40 am and they didn't take me in until almost 10:30. My appointment was at 10:15 and they didn't seem busy yet. The main thing is, make sure you provide extra time. It seems like it takes forever. A lot of waiting. I was finally put in a room and I sat there waiting and waiting. They weighed me and took my blood pressure prior to that. I waited another 50 minutes Finally, the doctor came in. My doc is Dr. Dhillion and he went over everything. Everything was normal except my blood count was low. The doctor is good! He said he wanted me to do another blood test for the blood count before I left and see him in a month. Make sure you don't have any timely matters after the appointment. You won't make it if you do. At least the doctor is good and the assistants are nice. I checked out, scheduled the next appointment and went to their lab area to get my blood drawn again. The worker was very kind and drew my blood quickly. I left after that, after a worker at the front desk wished me a good day!
