Self-check-in kiosk, scan your drivers license and your insurance information, system places you in-line with other walk-in customers. Hour wait sometimes while you watch people with appointments take precedence over you and just when you think you're gonna be next two more appointments walk-in, and to the end of the line you go again. Also the phlebotomists appear to hold back serving walk-in customers when an appointment is scheduled in10-15 minutes making the wait time even longer.

They asked for my insurance and ID and called me right away to get some labs done. The two ladies who ran my lab work were nice. Using the Dignity main number got me a person that did not even really know that clinic was in Orcutt or anything about their hours etc. That was after two separate calls in. When I went to the location at 1:15 pm, sign in the window said, "out for lunch break, back in 45 minutes". Good to know, but they did not put when they left on the sign, so does one just sit in the parking lot for however long and wait or what? Add no direct phone line and you have a major fail.
