They did a thorough evaluation first, which gave me confidence in their skill compared to my last visit. The process itself was very quick, which I appreciated. I did experience some slight bruising afterward, but since I get bloodwork done often, that's pretty typical. What stood out most was how friendly and professional they were. I recommend making an afternoon or evening appointment when it's less busy if you want extra time to ask questions or share concerns. One note: I noticed in the past that my insurance was billed incorrectly, but this time it was done right. Overall, I'll definitely be returning to this location for my future bloodwork.

I'll start by saying they have valet parking when you come to this hospital for regular visit or for ER visit I had to go to the ER Thought I was having a heart attack or stroke. They got me immediately back ran a ton of test for two days kept me for observation overnight. It was a complete team approach and I was very very very impressed. The other time that I was at this hospital was recently when my friends daughter gave birth. The entire process the entire team did a fantastic job. Communication was amazing. Their procedures and policies were very modern and up-to-date. After the birth and in the room, the baby never left the room or the mother side or should I say site they had a lot of educational resources and made sure that the Mom understood many things about being a mother what to do in the early days, taking care of a baby. There was a lot of education a lot of communication and a real desire to help the mom take care of the baby the way, the mom wanted to have things done. They were very respectful and very attentive. I could go on and on and on, but after having experience in other hospitals, I can't say this is absolutely the best hospital I've ever been in a reserved service from.

He lied about lots of things listed on Zillow. I started having severe headaches and ended up in ER two times within 2 days (After arriving 4 days earlier). ER doctors/nurses immediately gave me their special cocktail that I had a severe redaction to. They didn't pickup on this common problem to their cocktail and thought I was in "alcohol withdrawal" . They kept upping the dose and giving me more of the Ativan. I became out of control with ACUTE AKATHISIA and pretty much comatose. They told my family/friend that my "ammonia" level was high and they see it all the time. They decided to admit me for observation. IN the Psych Unit for 2 days. This is called "DIAGNOSTIC OVERSHADOWING ". They are brushing it off. Found out you can't sue a Florida hospital. You can ONLY try. Talked with my 2 doctors in Iowa and explained what happened. They BOTH said I was experiencing a severe stress headache and that WILL raise your ammonia levels. Too bad I can't EVEN find that "ammonia test" results IN THE DOCTORS REPORT/Testing, from that early afternoon arrival at SMH. Were they covering something up?

He was unwelcoming and curt in his response(s) to every patient who was being registered. The ordering Physician did not get lab results for 10 days after the blood was drawn. What I didn't care for, lack of personnel in front and the check is 100% automated. You have questions, sucks to be you. Want to schedule something. Sucks to be you. There was also no hand sanitizer, at least that I saw. You gonna make me touch stuff that sick people might have touched, help me stay healthy.

My appointment was at 6:50 and that's when I arrived. I was worried that I was going to have a long wait after seeing the full waiting room. My name was called within a minute or two of sitting down. The technician was quick and efficient. I was on my way back home within 15 minutes of arriving. I definitely recommend you make an appointment and you'll get great quick service.

This place is absolute trash. I was referred to them by my urologist for a surgery I need. When I…read moreshowed up to my 1:00 appointment the door was locked. Fifteen minutes later they showed up with their doggy bags from lunch in hand. I asked the receptionist how much the visit was going to cost because I was paying out of pocket. She said she didn't know. When I left I was ready to pay but she told me they don't charge for a consultation. Four months later I got a bill for $1347. I called the billing department which is actually just a foreign call center. This is a huge red flag to me. The 2nd red flag is that option 1 from the automated message at the billing department says "If you are a lawyer press 2" which tells me that lawyers are calling them so often they have a special option for them. For a whole week, I was stressed about this $1347 bill and no one returned my calls from the Dr.'s office. When I finally got through to them they told me someone had contacted me "I have the email right here that says so." Well, they don't exactly have a stellar track record for passing on accurate information. No one ever contacted me. The bottom line is this place is a clown show. I wouldn't trust them to pull a hangnail from my finger let alone do surgery on me.
