I'll start by saying they have valet parking when you come to this hospital for regular visit or for ER visit I had to go to the ER Thought I was having a heart attack or stroke. They got me immediately back ran a ton of test for two days kept me for observation overnight. It was a complete team approach and I was very very very impressed. The other time that I was at this hospital was recently when my friends daughter gave birth. The entire process the entire team did a fantastic job. Communication was amazing. Their procedures and policies were very modern and up-to-date. After the birth and in the room, the baby never left the room or the mother side or should I say site they had a lot of educational resources and made sure that the Mom understood many things about being a mother what to do in the early days, taking care of a baby. There was a lot of education a lot of communication and a real desire to help the mom take care of the baby the way, the mom wanted to have things done. They were very respectful and very attentive. I could go on and on and on, but after having experience in other hospitals, I can't say this is absolutely the best hospital I've ever been in a reserved service from.

I asked the front desk lady multiple times when they would have a room ready and telling her I was in severe pain. She told me they were cleaning a bed right now, I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes, for a total of almost 2 hours, I decided to go to a different emergency room because clearly they don't have time for me. If you have a real emergency please please please do not make the same mistake I did, and go somewhere else!

The cost of the labs are very reasonably price. I always get the blood work results sent to me via email and a copy sent to my doctor. I've never had any issues with this clinic or with the professionals working at the clinic. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that is on a budget, or doesn't have insurance, or needs to have some blood work done. My appointment was at 6:50 and that's when I arrived. I was worried that I was going to have a long wait after seeing the full waiting room. My name was called within a minute or two of sitting down. What I didn't care for, lack of personnel in front and the check is 100% automated. You have questions, sucks to be you. Want to schedule something. Sucks to be you. There was also no hand sanitizer, at least that I saw. You gonna make me touch stuff that sick people might have touched, help me stay healthy.

I had completed the pre-testing procedures and checked in on my mobile phone 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. Sandra was the technician. She was very unpleasant saying that she did not have an appt for me. She gruffly asked for my phone not believing that I had an appointment. She said that I was at the wrong location. She told me to go there. I was the ONLY Person waiting for services. I rushed down the street to the other location and was 15 minutes late. That is not the way you handle your customers. She should have taken my appointment. I had fasted for 12 hours. Labcorp accepts walk in patients. WHY DIDN'T she just consider me a WALK IN??

This place is absolute trash. I was referred to them by my urologist for a surgery I need. When I…read moreshowed up to my 1:00 appointment the door was locked. Fifteen minutes later they showed up with their doggy bags from lunch in hand. I asked the receptionist how much the visit was going to cost because I was paying out of pocket. She said she didn't know. When I left I was ready to pay but she told me they don't charge for a consultation. Four months later I got a bill for $1347. I called the billing department which is actually just a foreign call center. This is a huge red flag to me. The 2nd red flag is that option 1 from the automated message at the billing department says "If you are a lawyer press 2" which tells me that lawyers are calling them so often they have a special option for them. For a whole week, I was stressed about this $1347 bill and no one returned my calls from the Dr.'s office. When I finally got through to them they told me someone had contacted me "I have the email right here that says so." Well, they don't exactly have a stellar track record for passing on accurate information. No one ever contacted me. The bottom line is this place is a clown show. I wouldn't trust them to pull a hangnail from my finger let alone do surgery on me.
