Surgeon contacted the Urgent care and found out his labs had been back, they knew about the flesh eating infection, and that antibiotic prescribed was worthless, yet THEY NEVER INFORMED MY DAD! We called MasterTech Environmental for an air quality test and moisture assessment. Tom Duff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The air quality test showed no airborne mold, but the dampness in the ceiling was of concern. His team came out to remove parts of the drywall to assess for mold. Trace amounts of black mold were uncovered along with quite a bit of white mold. The team quickly removed all affected drywall and insulation. When I tell you these guys are thorough and work clean, I mean it. Tony, etc were meticulous with closing off the affected areas for safety and ensuring no mess was left behind. There wasn't an ounce of dust anywhere. It was as if they were never here! MasterTech Environmental does not replace the dry wall, but they recommended an incredibly reliable contractor who did. He also worked exceptionally clean and had my office back to normal in 2 days. Diane in the office is a sweetheart and her communication was second to none. She kept me updated on everything and ensured I received detailed reports complete with photos for insurance claims. Pricing was upfront and fair and they provide a 5 year guarantee on their work. That is not to say it was cheap but reasonable by comparison. I was especially impressed when getting my estimate that I was being listened to and not talked at. The guys who came to my house were friendly and professional. They sent up a containment area so the rest of the house was safe from the work area. It only took a few days to clean out and clean up 40+ years of stuff in the basement. Now I have a perfectly clean and empty basement. Oh ,and I have a certificate stating my house was clean. Now for a side note to people like me who honestly don't know what you got till it's gone.....I will say that you must (let me emphasize this) must know what you want to keep before they start clearing out your stuff. They will save what you say you want to keep and anything they deem valuable like silverware or family photos If they can. They we're thorough and I was naive and didn't think they would toss out my closed plastic bins of media or a sculpture I made. This is not their fault. After a routine check up with my doctor, I was told I needed an X-ray. I decided I wanted to get it…read moredone right away, so I looked up South Jersey Radiology and saw that the Voorhees location took walk-ins up to 8:30 PM (weekdays). The office was easy to spot, well lit with lots of signage and ample parking. Upon entering the office I was welcomed by the front desk person, Gary. Gary was very friendly and quickly went through all my paperwork, provided me with a black folder and told me to take a seat. The waiting room/ lobby was huge and had plenty of seating. I only had to spend a short time here, as I was taken back within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was brought to a small room and given a paper gown. The X-Ray technician, Brain, then came and walked me back to the X-Ray room. Brain was beyond friendly and made it feel like I was catching up with a friend rather than getting an x-ray. Whenever I need radiology work- I will be coming here. Great staff, clean office, and quick service- what more could anyone want from a Radiology office? TIP: Your results will be sent to your doctor, but you can ask for a copy of your x-ray. The copy will be provided on a disk which you can view on your computer.

I tried calling back but didn't have the drive to get back in the long queue considering the amount of pain I was in. I then checked on their website and found an appointment available on the night I wanted in another location. Unfortunately, their website booking wouldn't work after several attempts so I ended up leaving a voicemail requesting that time. Eventually, I spoke to a lady who refused to give me that time and said someone else took it. Therefore, I was forced to drive out to Voorhees while feeling the effects of painkillers. Super awesome and safe. I felt pretty awful and annoyed upon arrival. The lady at the front desk was nice enough and didn't take too long to check me in. Eventually I was brought back and told to change. They then stuck me in a chair for at least 15 minutes while someone else finished their test. I find that practice SO annoying. Maybe it makes the process more convenient for them, but it's so uncomfortable for the patient. The test itself was fine, though the tech didn't offer to help me sit up when I struggled. I guess that's not part of their job. This location is clean and new, and it's good if you live near Voorhees. I just found the whole trip to be a hassle.
