LabCorp is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Proof that when a company gets too big, customer service goes out the window. It takes a minimum of 4 weeks to schedule labs, but you can pay $100 to have them come to your house. I paid the $100 and they cancelled the morning they were supposed to come to my house. Then I scheduled at this location (for 4 weeks later) and arrive at the time of my appointment to a note stuck on the door saying this facility closed on May 7-two weeks prior. 3 other patients were standing there with their thumb in their eyeball too. Patients have been taking time off work to go to this location for two weeks and who knows how much longer, and its closed. Lapcorp doesnt bother to notify those patients until they show up. Now its another 4 weeks. I have to go without a needed RX because the Doc wont see me without labs and it is impossible to get your labwork done by Labcorp. Horrible company! read more

Front office staff not so friendly, but once called back I had a pleasant experience which made the experience so much better. Unfortunately my brother is required to have blood drawn every week, he goes to the Surprise Lab Corp on Bell. More unfortunate is the ordeal of speaking with staff that need training in customer service and their own office SOP's. Train your staff at all levels, starting with a smile and being able to assist the client even if it means looking further than what they can read from the screen in front of their face. Act like they care when they can't find the information regarding the client instead of their "oh well" attitude. The phlebotomists that can do a one time stick are few, especially if the client has difficult veins to find and use. I'd only give one and a half stars if I could. My dr sent my orders here so I was forced to go back only to find out they had sent me to collections AGAIN when I have 2 insurances and shouldn't have to pay a dime. I called the billing office and they assured me they would take care of it but as soon as I walked in Labcorp, they made me pay $100 just to have my blood work done. Efficient but customer service was lacking. Not only did they ignore questions I asked but there was a deaf man in the waiting area that they didn't notice that was deaf until they walked away from him twice after talking to him. The receptionist tried talking to him from across the lobby with no success so then she walked over to him. He saw her took out his paperwork to give to her but before he could she closed the door and went back to her seat where she waited. When he didn't come she told the other woman to get him. Again she didn't recognize he was deaf and closed the door on him before he could hand her the paperwork. ONE star after my last experience here! Never coming back! 1. I had an appt at 2:15. I didn't even get called up for my lab slip until 2:30. Wasn't taken back for my blood draw until 3:15!!! That's ONE HOUR AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPT! 2. People were walking in after me, without an appt, and they were called back before me. 3. The waiting room was PACKED. Way too many people inside and I thought there were limits on occupancy during Covid? 4. Speaking of COVID- two men in the waiting during my one hour wait, either didn't have a mask or weren't wearing it properly. One of them was coughing. One took it off every time he talked (and he never shut up, even saying he's glad we aren't in CA where you "have to wear a full hazmat suit".) I felt very unsafe here. Board of health should be called! 5. I complained to the front desk about the maskless men and nothing was done. 6. Very slow to process paper work and draw labs. 7. When I was finally called back at 3:15, the man who drew my blood said it was "very unfair" of me to "come so late" with a "large order" because he will have to stay late now and process it. This is my second time at this location. It was very busy today it took more than an hour from check in to check out. I did opt to receive a text message alert for when I was ready to be seen by the phlebotomist. So I did wait in my car instead of the waiting room which was full when I arrived. The receptionist was professional and courteous to an elderly couple that needed help with registration at the kiosk. I was seen by Rori who did a great job of drawing blood. It was quick and painless this time. The only improvement this time was the fact that Rori did not greet me when she entered the room. I believe great customer service starts with a warm welcome. I did initiate a greeting after about a minute of us coming into contact to which she did reply. Overall this was a better experience than my last visit. Everyone did have on a mask. read more

The tech that did my test was very nice and polite. However, the women at the front desk were very rude and unprofessional especially to the elderly folks that were there. I honestly don't know why they are working a customer service job. There was an elderly Hispanic couple that asked the front desk lady for help at the kiosk and she refused to help them and told them to follow the steps on the screen. Despite the language barrier, I went to help the poor couple and it took me about 5 seconds to check them in. Also, there was an elderly lady that asked about her urine test and the front desk women responded with a very disrespectful condescending tone saying "that's not how this works". if you can't provide parking within 200 feet of a business, you don't care about your customers. avoid this place like the plague. if you have to go to this location, get there before they open, because the employees get all the available parking. if your physician insists on Labcorp, which he or she shouldn't, go to the one in Sun City West. even though it has less than stellar parking as well. I came in as a walk in appointment like 95% of the people who were also there. All they needed from me was a urine sample, yet they made me wait an hour. At least 15 people who came in after me were helped first (also walk-ins). When I said something, the lady at the desk couldn't give me a straight answer about why I wasn't being helped or how long it would be. HORRIBLE! I wanted cash pay price to determine if I would go to LabSorp or stay with Sonora Quest Labs. I called the number listed several times and could not get an answer. I then stopped by the office. 2 people working and not a single patient. They could not give me the prices because the "system" was down. They then gave me a number to call - rather than one of them call it to actually help. I did call it the next day wrong 800 number, but was transferred. Spent 20 minutes on hold to be transferred again and gave up. Called the local Phx AZ number listed on the website. Same result hold for ever - gave up. Just go to Sonora Quest!! I will stay with them. They have several lab offices and in fact one across the parking lot from the Surprise AZ location on Bell. Sonora Quest has many labs that you can order on your own and the pricing readily available on their website. You can also see all your results in the Sonora Quest Patient Portal. With what I have experienced so far with LabCorp - I have no faith that the results of the labs would even be accurate. read more

Do not bring infants or children. Had a very rude girl act as if she was capable of doing her job, get the needle in my 1 year olds arm, then take it out and say she cannot do it. She left the room and then came in and told me to go to another office since the person who can do their job was doing paperwork. Horrible horrible service. If you're incapable of doing your job with two parents holding a non squirming child, why would you even attempt in the first place. She should immediately be fired. read more

This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in a medical office. The females at the front desk were unkept, dirty looking. While my husband I were checking in at the digital kiosk, the females were talking very loudly about a girls trip and how they planned to fake orgasms with one another. I was very embarrassed for them and the families who were sitting only a few feet away. The tattoos these women have were tasteless and they had way too many exposed. The office was very dirty as well. My husband and I were very disappointed. When visiting a place like this, people are usually sick, not feeling well and possibly scared. These women were not even close to behaving in a professional manner. I think Lab Corp needs to get these women trained on how to behave in a professional atmosphere.
