Gave them doctors orders for a 24 hour urinalysis. They gave the the jug to collect and specific instructions on how to collect. I gave up an entire Sunday and canceled all activities to collect the sample. When I returned the sample to them on Monday they said "oh, we don't do that test." read more

Mrs.Monica knew how I afraid I was to needles and she worked with me to calm down and drawn blood without me even crying. I went in for two different test and was out of there within 15 mins. She is amazing!!! read more

Terrible experience, I call multiple times to order a self pay test. No one answered every time making me visit in person. Get there no one greets me with an empty office. Seems at least 3 ppl working but no one can answer the phone? I inquire on the test yet they can't do it without an appointment, then says oh actually we won't do it after 3. At this point a simple phone call would of been much easier. Complete waste of time but glad there are all hanging out having a good time. read more

I'll echo the other reviews in saying that this is an easy to find location in Tomball near the hospital. Lots of available parking. There isn't a sign on the outside of the building, but inside the tenant display/address board (?) lists that LabCorp is in suite 260. If you take the Elevator ( turn right as you exit) or the stairs (turn left as you come up the stairs) to the second floor, you'll see that every suite is numbered, just follow the numbers it isn't that difficult to locate. I was there to do a pre-employment drug screening (which they stop between 11 and 2 ), but even though it was almost noon they saw me anyway. The staff was friendly and polite, we even shared a few jokes and laughs. As I had prepped for my donation, it was all done quickly and efficiently. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. Overall a good, clean location with friendly staff. If I have to do another one of these in the future and this location is an option, then I'll definitely head here. read more

Very pleased to learn I could make an Appt and that LabCorp is so close to the house now. Check in was new tech, with no pen to sign in needed, but sign in is through a computer type device. You scan your insurance card into the system and after signing in, the computer even said they had an earlier Appt. so I took it. Very nice tech and very clean place... read more

I recently went to this clinic to get drug tested and my experience was horrible , they don't answer the phone it's always automated system , I tried to call to get the lab Hours but unfortunately I couldn't , I arrived over there at 3pm they said that the lab was closed and I couldn't get tested I lost my job because of this junk shit of clinic I don't recommend going over here and plus it looks like they threat you by your race / skin color. read more

This LabCorp is located inside the professional building on the second floor. The office is pretty plain and simple, nothing fancy. They have a sign-in sheet and then a new kiosk sign in center with your ID. It's pretty easy but they will help you if you need it. I was called back within ten minutes and there were several people in the waiting room. Once she entered in all my info it took a total of about another ten minutes. Everyone was friendly and they were working hard to get to patients in a timely manner. read more

Went here a few weeks ago for bloodwork and the service was so quick and nice! I checked in and was immediately helped. I know this can't always be the case but it was great. Then the man who took my blood did an amazing job. Didn't even feel it when the needle went in. I think his name was Gee. He did amazing . By far the best Labcorp location I've been to read more

A place that lab work gets done is hard to rate. I believe they deserve a four star for the service I experienced; however, yelp deems that a, "Yay! I'm a fan". I am not a fan of lab work. I feel like I can always experience better than a drug screening. Thank being said, an easy to find location that is clean and professional looking. Lots of parking spaces. Their hours are posted online as 7:30 to 5, but when I got to the counter I was informed that drug screening is only done between the hours of 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and then 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. My complaint there is that I show up ready to give a sample when I need to take a drug screening. I don't know if I could have sat there for half a hour. The counter girl winked and said, "I'll see what I can do." Not six minutes later my name was called to the back. Maybe because it was before the designated time for screening, or just because of the job, the woman who took my sample was very rude. I don't expect her to bust into song like a Disney movie ---- but I have, sadly, taken quiet a few screenings in my day, and none of the other women have barked orders at me like this one did. I was out of there so quickly that they earned a four star -- but I would have liked to not get yelled at in a situation that is kinda uncomfortable as it is. read more

I've been going to this Tomball location on a fairly regular basis for the last year, or so. Most of the time, things move along pretty quickly, but thier sign in kiosks conk out (often) and don't work very well and have been having a problem since they were installed (approx 6 months ago). It's kind of a crapshoot whether they work on any given day. The real problem is that quite often when this happens, they have to fall back to a pen & paper sign in sheet, & staff the front reception desk (which they do not do and takes one of the techs out of the loop, significantly hampering progress) to keep things moving, if they notice that the electronic kiosks aren't working, which can take quite a while for them to notice, sometimes. On most occasions, getting in & out is fairly painless & quick, but when things don't work, it can take quite a while, I've had to sit there for over 2 hrs just to get blood drawn, which should only take no more than 15-20 minutes, max. Efficiency issues notwithstanding, this Labcorp location has far fewer staffing and billing problems than the Quest labs location a few hundred yards away, on the other side of Tomball hospital. My doctors also say that the accuracy of the test results is much better at Labcorp, with fewer processing glitches. While they aren't failsafe, they surely are not the worst I've seen as far as medical lab work goes. read more

HORRIBLE. Every single person is extremely rude and could careless about their job. They sent me into the restroom to collect a urine sample and after being in there for 15 seconds someone was knocking on the door saying I was going to have to wait in the lobby. No one is ever at the front desk. Will NOT be returning. read more

The building is easy to find however the office is not. They have no signage at the entry. the office is on the 2nd floor and to the right from elevator, only to find a very small sign a few feet away from the door. They say they take walk-ins but that's not the case. Make an appointment because you will be waiting for hours! Once you get inside the process is smooth and quick, which is why they received one extra star. read more

Got some routine lab work done with LC and the process was painless. The Staff was super friendly and professional. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I have never been treated with such disrespect-the staff is rude, unfriendly and by the time I left I was in tears and furious. The staff have an attitude that you are an inconvenience and your questions are ridiculous. The unfortunate thing is that I am a medical professional that orders a lot of blood work and I will highly discourage my patients from getting any blood work at this facility. read more

I used to think getting blood drawn always had to be awful. The nurses or techs were always going to be impersonal, cold and sometimes just rude, it was always going to hurt, it would always be a long wait... But I started going to LabCorp in Tomball last year and have found that none of that is true. I've been there 3 times and 2 different people have drawn my blood. The place is very clean, the people have been friendly and professional, they have never hurt me, and I have not yet had a long wait. I need to make a point of learning the name of the first gentleman who drew my blood because he was great. At least the last time I went, I asked for the name of the lady. Her name is Dee and she drew my blood painlessly and quickly. The reason I had to ask her name was because she was so painless it surprised me. So now I know it's possible for this kind of thing to be a stress free experience. read more

I decided to wait until 3 visits to review. The place is pretty hard to find , after going through a few different doors I got where i needed to be. When you walk in there is a sign in sheet it seems that even if you have an appt, it really doesn't matter they take you when they can. Here's the part that makes me upset every visit so far the techs are rough. I don't bruise easily and this place give me a bruise / throbbing arm all day. My last visit the tech did something wrong while she was pulling out the needle to the point i gasped. That was my last visit i asked my Dr to please send me else where. read more

Overall my visit to this Labcorp location was good. When I arrived nobody was up front at the reception desk to greet me, but it only took about 5 minutes for someone to show up. After I checked in it only took a few minutes to go back to get my blood drawn. The employee that performed the procedure was friendly and professional. The procedure was relatively painless and over quickly. I would go back to this location again. read more

3 strikes and you are out! I tried to get blood drawn on 3 separate occasions in a 7 day span. The 1st time I did not have an appointment. I waited an hour and only saw the nurse come up front once. I had to leave for another appointment so I decided to schedule an appointment for the next day. Try #2 I made an appointment for 3pm (afternoons are usually slow so I was told). I arrived at 2:50pm. No one came to the window at all and no patient was seen in that time frame. At 3:30 I had to leave for another meeting. I called to the back and no one answered. I just scratched my name off and left. Try #3 after some convincing by my doctor I returned a 3rd time after scheduling another appointment for 2pm. The waiting room was completely full. A gentleman told me he had been waiting 3 hours. Again no one came in or out and I left at 2:20pm. I called the corporate office to inform them and after taking my complaint I asked to be transferred to another location. I waited on hold for 10 minutes before being disconnected. I called again and waited on hold another 10 minutes before giving up. I will NEVER use this lab again. read more

Horrible attitudes upfront. I was told I couldn't bring my son and mother in with me just to wait next to bathroom for a drug test. My son then got upset when they made them move to the lobby (he is 2). He came running towards me and I picked him up to calm him. The person entering in my information stated "she couldn't do this or couldn't be in the room" and walked out upset just because my son was crying. Then came back in to ask me to take him out to calm him, of course I was agreeable and said I would take him out and would be back. She said she would take care of one person then I was next. So when I returned I sat once again at the front waiting 10 minutes just to speak with someone again, because no one sits up front apparently. A man finally walks up and had to ask him to please give me my belongings back and sat back down. Then they let another person go ahead of me that walked in after me, so basically skipped my turn. When I walked up to ask them why they skipped me, they just said ok, sit back down!! Im not a dog and no Im not going to sit back down you rude unprofessional assholes. read more
