I told them I had the same symptoms as I did before that surgery. After waiting 4 hours where at one point there were only 3 other people, I finally left without being seen. One couple was still waiting and they had been there 6 hours. Another woman had been there about the same amount of time. She was very concerned about getting home because she came by ambulance and was in a non-folding wheelchair. One nurse was extremely rude to her and said the place they use to give patients rides home in a case like this was closed and asked if her family could get her. She said no. She was shaking and panicking. I tried to find a business that was still open and had no luck. I then asked on Facebook if anyone could help. A very nice woman agreed to drive from Ankeny to give her a ride! I went to the nurse and told her I found her a ride only to be told they had one for her since she had finally been taken to a room. Why this wasn't explained to us is beyond me. It would have saved this woman from panicking and me from spending an hour looking for a ride for her.

He was fine, and we went back it to get the one he missed, but this seems like serious negligence. Should have learned, I thought it was a fluke, but a few years later they gave my daughter a prescription for antibiotics that was stronger than an adult dose because they accidentally doubled it. We are now changing offices because we no longer trust the staff.

Which is pretty standard for a doctors office. They have no appointments from 12-1 pm for lunch. New patients are always welcome and they are great at working with insurances! Didn't think I would review a doctors office but they are a great group. Beautiful office with ample parking and new equipment!

I've been coming to this clinic for 3 years. Even continue to drive across town after moving to…read morewest Des Moines. That's because my primary doctor Paul Nurmi is fantastic! He's incredibly knowledgeable, gives me options, and was able to finally get my cholesterol to normal levels by switching some of my meds. It had been high for YEARS. There are people complaining about wait times... but it's like every other clinic I've ever been too. I think that's just medicine.
