I especially like that they talk directly to the kids about their care and engage them in small talk as well. When I used the on call system on a weekend, the doctor was patient, kind, and calming. He also answered questions and didn't just send us off to the ED as a precaution. While my kids don't have any special healthcare needs, I know they have experience working with a variety of patient needs. Highly recommend!

If you're exploring your options, please know that Innervisions is a crisis pregnancy center. I did not speak to the provider they referred me to because I didn't actually need support. I'm leaving this review so others know what to expect before going to this place. These organizations may seem neutral, but many are designed to discourage abortion and can be misleading. Each time the RN providing care entered the room, she was wearing one more religious symbol. The test results would be ready in a week. Most places take only a day or two. They refused to give results over the phone, when asked to do so. At the end, the RN, with her religious medallions, requested prayer with me. I went for healthcare--not to be prosyletized to. It was good but I had a amazing experience with Krystal in Ankeny. She was attentive, informative and made sure to enter my points into Allé. Krystal took her time doing my facial and I actually felt like I got a facial with her because my skin immediately started flaking after which is what it's supposed to do. It would have been nice to be notified that my regular LE was not longer with the company and ex person would be doing them- since then I had Ali & Kristina and Taylor finish out my treatment appointments. Each LE does the treatment different, so I had no idea what to expect for the last 6 months of my treatments. I had to keep asking them to do it the way I preferred. This was the only reason for 4 stars in this review. I have had a hydrafacial with Taylor since, and she is wonderful, easy going and explains the treatment the entire time. I would go back to her anytime for her knowledge and disposition.

At first I was happy with this office and with Dr B. I understand that labor never goes as planned…read more(and can't be planned) but I feel very cheated. I was induced and had to have a c section. I was a first time mom and new to town and and I felt like I had no advocate whatsoever. I was told that my baby was going to be under too much stress if I continued to labor. Now I'm reading (and hearing from other doctors) that is very common to be in labor for 24 hours or more. I had a very painful c section (I had to keep telling the Anestesiologist to give me more and more drugs) and afterwards I was given tylenol 3 and ibuprofen- which didn't really touch my pain at all. The nurses in the hospital even admitted that other patients who had a c section in the other rooms just feet away from me were given pain meds. He won't do VBACs either. Also I was told very little about all the ups and downs of pregnancy. I was left to google much of what was going on.
