I've used this location twice now and both times were great experiences! The staff were so nice, professional and respectful! I have never waited more than an hour even when it was crowded. The check-in kiosks always glitch for some reason the card won't scan or mine said something about it not loading....ignore that! The people are great! The gentleman who drew my blood was not not only rough but definitely not well trained. Within hours my arm (at the point where blood was drawn) huge bruises appeared on my arm and extended right around. Four days later my arm is still sore!! They have a staff that are very professional, and that work quickly to get the appointments completed. Wow! What an adversarial lady at the front desk. Told me they didn't have orders. Doctor says they faxed. After a few minutes they found the orders. Then gave me grief about doctor contact info. They wouldn't let my dad in for his appointment until the doctor called in his fax number. Thanks Unnecessary meanness and poor customer service. I had an appointment scheduled in to get a drug test done for my employer. the lady at the front desk was very pushy and honestly not the most welcoming person. She called my name once, I stood up and was making eye contact as I approached her. She yelled my name 3 more times as if I wasn't already speed waking to her desk. I approached kindly with a smile and it was just shot down with short and bland responses. Next I followed her back into the room where I followed her directions. I was well aware of what I was walking in to. After my test, she handed me a paper and sent me out the door. This was my first ever drug test so I had no idea when to expect results or what the next steps were. She didn't bother to give me any further info on what to do. I never give reviews, let alone bad ones because I know people have bad days, but a week later I followed up with a phone call asking about results because my employer never got them, nor did I. The lady on the phone was again rude and short with responses. She then hung up on me. understandable that some patients can be rude, but that doesn't make it right to treat everyone with shortness and slight disrespect. read more

The way my anxiety is set up, I was hesitant to go to this location per previous reviews. Fortunately, my experience was pleasant. They must have replaced the staff that was here previously or they had the day off lol. My appt was 8/11/2023 (Friday) at 1500 for a drug screen. I used the check in process online and received a text message when they were ready for me. I went in and sat for a few mins in the lobby before the receptionist called me up for my paperwork & ID. She was pleasant and informed me that there was only one tech doing drug screens and the wait may be a few mins longer. It was no problem for me and I appreciated her telling me. There were only a few ppl in the waiting area with ample spaced-out seating. The staff working with another client was pleasant also. The drug screening went seamlessly, I was informed when to expect my results and received documentation. I was out of there in about 20 mins. I'm hoping everyone has the same experience I had for my appt because it's too hot outside for a bad day. read more

She needs some training on what medical professionals are truly for. The wait time was absurd, and not enough seating for everyone waiting. I felt unimportant and treated poorly. I used the labcorp on towne lake in Woodstoc about a year ago. The first few times the receptionist was just rude and miserable. As you can see, i was not the only one disappointed. She seemed like she hated her job and the patients even more. Today, i had an 10:45am appointment and was told to get there 15 minutes before appointment time. I got there 20 minutes before the appointment and they ended up being 20 minutes late. HOWEVER, today when the receptionist called my name to come back and the first thing she says is "thanks for your patience". I was floored that they admitted they were late. Then after the bloodwork she says is again! It was awesome! I hate it when people make you wait when you had an agreement at a specific time, but those simple words meant a lot to me. I reluctantly went here for labwork. I say reluctantly because I have had 3 very bad experiences with the customer service. Why did I go back for a 4th time? Because I live 2 miles down the street. Got there at 5 minutes to 4pm. They close at 4:30. There was only 1 guy ahead of me, I checked in at the kiosk, gave the paperwork to the receptionist, who was pleasant, unlike the 3 times before. All was good so far. I waited 15 minutes, I got back there, met the assistant Marcus who was nice, courteous, and professional. I did the test, he said that's it, wished me a great day, and I was out the door. My experience was fantastic. FYI when I left there were about 4 or 5 people in the waiting room so I got there just in time at 3:55pm. I had no appointment and I consider myself lucky. Make an appointment and they will probably be even nicer. My review is 5 stars this time. read more

I visited this location a few years ago & had a pleasant experience but it has drastically gone downhill since that point. The front office staff are the ones who give a customer the first impression of a business. In this case, my impression was that the front office staff lacks basic customer service skills and professionalism. I asked Nadine twice to please put on her mask. She told me she has to breathe and then told me she had her shot and works at a hospital. That she wouldn't come to work sick (most don't have symptoms). When I asked how she felt after her second shot she told me she hadn't had the second yet. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! They compromised my exposure to COVID the entire time The other tech roamed the halls with the mask ONLY over her mouth. I will be sending this to the CDC. I was scheduled for a random drug screen and read the hours of operation on the website only to show up and find out that they don't work on that schedule as they were closing for lunch for an hour. That wasn't too bad but the lady presented such a poor attitude in telling me and my co worker that they were closed it really turned my stomach. So I said, "Oh, well I'll come back later." I checked the website again to for what time they closed and it said 4:30. After juggling conference calls I got back there around 3:59 to find out from the same lady that they don't do drug screens after 4 pm with the same poor attitude. I asked if I could at least use the restroom as I had been holding it in preparation and was told they don't have a public restroom. Wow the website is wrong, and the staff is rude what a wonderful combination for a successful business. I guess Labcorp has a resting bitch face bedside manner. Scheduling an appointment in advance is no problem and waiting for said appointment is no problem. Understand that delays happen during the process. Waiting for 30 minutes is not ideal though walk-ins were seen before scheduled appointments. What is a problem is when the front desk persons are so busy with their cell phones that persons cannot be tended to. You're a service driven company that should come with all positions! read more

I've had to come hear a couple times now for a yearly blood screening. No appointments needed. I usually go around noon and there has never been a wait. I have a phobia of needles so I'm usually antsy. The nurses have always been very kind and easy on me making the total experience as good as it can be. Recently went to the facility to get some blood work taken, and pick up a lab to be completed at home. I must say I have never been to a more unprofessional medical office. The person at the front desk was on cell phone most of the time. When she was forced to get up, she indicated to the person on the other line that "she had to go, there were people here". Really? I thought that was suppose to happen! When I went back a couple of days later, there was a second person. She must have been trained by the first, as the habit was identical. I believe some training 101 needs to be done here! Being in the customer service industry, this should not be tolerated. I will gladly drive 20 miles out of my way for tests. I couldn't locate this facility so when I tried to call and get directions, the line remained busy for 15 minutes or so. After not being given the right directions from Google maps. I continued riding around looking for this place and kept calling the number. When I finally heard the phone ringing I got all excited but little to my surprise I wasn't able to get anyone from this location to answer the phone. It was a recording telling me to hold till the end of the recording to speak to a representative. (It was a long recording) That never happened after being put on hold the call just suddenly ended saying memory full. This happened 3 times before I just gave up calling.
