He impressed her enough to schedule a procedure to correct it, which it ineveitably did. When my wife developed unbearable an unbearable pain in her hip and needed to have someone look more carefully into it, she mentioned it to her neice and received a clear and positive recommendation. He gave her a thorough exam and got her into Northside Atlanta hospital for a session that had her up and walking in short order. We could never have found him on our own. Nothing but the best! I arrived 10 minutes early for my 9:30 appointment and proceeded to sit in the waiting room. People were coming in and some were even getting to see their doctor before me. Others had been there for so long like me that they started to snore. After 1 hour and 15 minutes I finally asked for a release of my medical chart saying that I would never be back. The receptionist barely seemed to raise her head when I told her this, and perhaps it is nothing new for her to hear. I finally got to the patient room around back and proceeded to wait for an additional hour. I began to put my clothes on and the nurse practitioner finally came in. When I told her I had been waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes, she didn't even apologize! I have lived all over the country and abroad and I have never witnessed such apathy and lack of professionalism from a doctor's office. I trust her completely, she has help be overcome a few difficult obstacles recently and she continues to encourage me. She has great bedside manners and she is always polite. The staff at Creekside Medical clinic are always in good spirit. Jackie is the sweetest, I'm always greeted with a smile and asked how my day is going. The place is always clean and comfortable and they don't keep you sitting there all day. Dr. Ramprasad is good about following up with you the next day about any blood work or ultrasounds done.
