My husband had surgery Dec 8, 2016. Before going in he had been having very high blood pressure, had several episodes of kidney stones, was in chronic pain especially his heels, knees, elbows & wrists, he battled chronic fatigue, sleep apnea, heart burn & extreme moodiness. Up to being on the stretcher going into surgery I requested pillows to help prop up his knees & lay across his lap to rest his hands on to try to make him more comfortable which he still was NOT. After going back to prep for surgery, have surgery & wake up in recovery approx an hour my husband was in better mood! He had his IV out & was talking. I asked him if he needed his pillows back & he said he was fine & wasn't hurting at all. When discharged a couple hrs later he was ready to eat! We went back to the hotel by shuttle & ate in their restaurant. He ate mild hot wings, blacked fish & seasoned veggies with lemonade to drink. Fasting for surgery and being about 4 pm (this is food & drink he generally can't tolerate on a normal day!!!) I was surprised he did well. When we got back to the room we played a full game of rummy with him wide awake (out of character with his usual preference to nap without being in surgery). After the game of cards he wanted Pizza so I ordered a pepperoni Pizza with great warning! But he tolerated it!!! That night he tried to get us up & on the road to head back to the Panhandle of Florida which took us 6 hrs to get there due to road construction & heavy steady traffic. When we got home he proceeded to go out to work in his garage! He has surgery less than 24 hrs ago. He has so much energy compared to before. He (we) now sleep all through the night without to 10-20 episodes of apnea that waked us up before each night. His blood pressure is now within normal limits & NO MORE bone & joint pain. He had a small growing lesion above his left eye lid for a solid year BUT it disappeared. I am hopeful he won't have anymore kidney stones. My happy, friendly husband is back! He had been missing for 12-14 yrs! This group of persons that work there were all extremely kind & informative. They answered questions I did not think of yet. The doctors are extremely confident about their knowledge & surgery of the Parathyrold. While we were there waiting for him to come from surgery we met people from New York and out West. One had previous surgery at a Mayo clinic but they were not complete in their surgery & she needed another so they referred her there. I am so THANKFUL for their practice & expertise! Worth the surgery!!!!!

Sam, the xray technician was great, answered all my questions and explained everything. I was well taken care of for sure. I went back for a self imposed follow-up to make sure there was nothing else to be done and to be checked out and that was on Wed, April 22. Another Melissa who is a care giver whom I have dealt with in the past reviewed everything, answered my questions with no rushing. There is a fantastic group of people at this Spring Hill AFC and i feel comfortable in knowing they really do care! Bless you all!

You have to scan a QR code to complete check in paperwork which was fast to do. The most we waited was 10 mins before being seen. This urgent care does do RSV testing for kids. The nurse was super friendly and knew how to talk to my niece and made her feel comfortable and not scared. She even took us in the room where there was a TV and put Bluey on for her. When they did the testing for RSV. She swapped very gently and even did a really good method for her to not feel the swab going in deep into her nose. The doctor was amazing and knew all the right words to say. Overall my experience here was great and I would come back here for any urgent care visits.

DONT ever go here. They lie and dont let ypu see the MD when you specialty schedule for.MD only and deceive you with a NPR but she DOESNT tell me.she was so.i assumed she was the MD. Was told with apt I would be there for max 1 hr as they were very slow at the time and I was there for over 2 hrs and had to literally speed to my pharmacy to pickup 4 rx but 3 of them needed PAs FROM the dr office pharmacy said and that dr had to do this. Drove back to them to only be treated In the worst possible way ever. Oh and i showed the NPR my positive test results from GYN from over a month ago and what medS ive tried and they failed to cure it. When I went back I asked to speak to MD but wAS told I couldn't and NPR came out and I tried to explain that pharmacy said 3 of them need Pas for them and overrides and that dr office had to do it. First was told that a different department does that and that it would take over a week for them to even get to it. I needed these now for my infections and I tried to ask more questions about rxs and office manager IMMEDIATLY picked up her cell phone and called boss Mohamed ( who earlier was working the front desk and was actually very nice at this point) and he was so rude and said that there was an Additional fee of $50 for each PA I have to pay out of pock when i have full health ins of which they already billed. Told him ive never in my entire life been told that there is extra money required by dr office for them to do pas and overrides with my ins for there own rx that they wrote and he said I needed to leave now as it was 6:43pm and they didn't close until 7pm I said i will leave when they will answer the rest of my few questions about rxs and they refused and called 911 and lied and said I was an out of control patient refusing to leave and that they were already closed but it was only 6:52pm at that time I had enough so I just left. Now even the worst part is that I did research on all the 4 rx and 3 out of 4 are completely contraindicated for my type of fungal yeast infection that i showed the NPR And if taken and used that it would make the Infection much worse. So now im left with no rx to treat my Infection and gyn cant get me in Until 3/17 and PCP doesn't do cultures of that area so that why I choose to go to them in The first place cause was told they do cultures and also treat my other infection too. So now I have to go to another but REAL URGENT CARE AGAIN TOMORROW cause im not only very itchy and uncomfortable now for over a month but its gotten worse to where its very painful now. So take my experience as as learning lesson and NEVER EVER GO THERE OR SEND ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT THERE IF YOU WANT TRUE ACTUALLY LEGIT HEALTHCARE in a PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND That knows how to treat a positive test result with the correct meds and also doesn't lie to you or charge extra for Prior authorizations and over RIDES by calling my health ins FOR THERE OWN RXs that came from them. I even think this is illegal seeing they billed my ins for the visit and it paid it in full with $0 copay for me cause I made sure they were in network with both of my ins when I scheduled apt with rain in scheduling department. They are trying to pull a fast one on people who may not know better but its the drs job to get pAs and do overrides if needed by calling your health ins if its their rx that its about. The pharmacy nor patient can do this. ONLY THE DR CAN AND DEFINITELY SHOULD DO THIS WITHIN ATLEAST 24 HRS WHEN ITS AN ACTIVE WORSENING INFECTION THAT IF LEFT UNTREATED COULD BECOME SEPTIC IN YOUR BLOOD ENDING YOU UP IN THE HOSPITAL. they need to be reported to the board of medicine for this and most importantly for THE IDIOT NPR WRITING 3 RX THAT WOULD MAKE MY TYPE OF INFECTION MUCH WORSE IF TAKEN. THATS THE WHOLE REASON WHY I SHOWED HER MY POSITIVE TEST RESULT. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND REPORTRD IMMEDIATLY

Especially the front desk Kat who was assuming I was arguing with her and said she made the appointment and never told me my appointment was in Zephyrhills but she confirmed it twice. Along with prior they billed me for things that was never done and called the office manager but she never called me back on the outcome until I got another bill. So I would expect that I would be next to get in but I am still waiting. Kat was rude and very condescending and asked like if saying I'm sorry but I provided you the right location and proceeded to say what do you want me to do. I said I wanted to be see right away. And asi said I've known Dr Yousef for a longtime she said that's great so have I. And her expression when I asked to speak with Dr Yousef was very unprofessional. This will be the last time and I am sure me saying that doesn't matter
