I bought the chair and my father has used it since. The chair started to have a lean towards one side and we wanted to have the mechanism looked at. I contacted the warranty department and they told me that's just normal wear and tear! Later in the year, the chair had received a number of stains from my parent's animals and I contacted Guardsman. I had to fill out paperwork and send it by mail, take a thousand pictures and also put the claim in on the internet! I completed this outrageous process and eventually, a representative came out; with a spray bottle and paper towels!!! I thought this would be a professional cleaning since I paid for this service but all I got was the equivalent of a Wal-Mart janitor! I would NEVER recommend this store, they are there only to sell snake oil to an unknowing public.

We purchased the "Old Classic" (also referenced as "Old Tyme") set. With any Cherry Valley Furniture purchase, everything is made to order, hence the long wait. We chose the showroom colors and accents, but substituted the hardware (no added cost). The delivery crew were super friendly and professional. Unfortunately, it had started raining, and they went above and beyond to make sure that the furniture wasn't impacted and that they kept our house clean. This is our second major purchase from Cherry Valley. Our previous was outdoor patio furniture. You can guarantee that as long as we're still alive, we will be back for our next big purchase (living room set).
