I passed by staff and one walked past me. One staff member was low key staring when we exited the store. Idk, we didn't feel welcomed, didn't wanna shop there. Went around the corner and found a similar shop with much better service! Some will say it's ridiculous to not want to shop because we're not being greeted, however, being acknowledged feels like the minimum. Say shoplifting is an issue since it's right off the street, in my years of retail we were advised to give extra service to those we suspect - ask open ended questions, offer a basket, make small conversation and help them at the register. If you were wrong, the customer got good service and will recommend to others. If you were right, you detered theft. Seems simple enough! The store is big with quite a few selection, but if you miss this one, there's def more that have the same items.

If you are not, they are pay by the the pound centers. Also referred to as the "bins" because you have to sort through bins to find anything. I've gone to the bins in South Florida before and it's a feeding frenzy. Pure chaos. Imagine women fighting over a shirt. Thats what my local bins are like. This was not that. There were a total of 4 people in there the whole time I was there. I didn't have to fight anyone for anything. I wasn't there for hours of rotations before I found anything good. I got to search at my leisure. The staff was nice but the place was pretty quiet. I would definitely return to this location on my next visit to Savannah.

The store is very organized. Lots of men and women's clothing and organized by clothing type and size. There are also dressing rooms which is great. All the Goodwill associates I encountered were thoughtful, kind with their southern hospitality. Houseware, I didnt find much thou they had plenty of selections. I found a wood bread bowl for $2.99 and I was just at the Paris Market in historic downtown selling similar item for $65.00. Also, I did a very good haul of finding a long black cashmere cardigan, a prairie dress which I will use for a period photoshoot and J. crew casual pants. Arrowleaf actually is the sister store from Red Clover and Harper Boutique. However, they have their own features. Harper Boutique is the top line to carry leather bags and more expensive brandy clothes. Red Clover is mostly for younger shoppers. Arrowleaf targets on in the between of the two stories, but also chooses good quality brands. I love their accessories the most. Recently I purchased so many scarves and baby's socks that one corner of my closet becomes Arrowleaf's Collection. If you are like me, dress up casual, plain and simple cut.
