My neighbor hired this company to cut two trees down and in his yard which is separated from mine…read moreby a 6 ft fence. Unbeknownst to me, there was not enough room to throw the branches into my neighbor's yard so they threw them over the fence into mine. I never gave my consent for that. They also backed a huge truck and chipper down the side of my house and into the backyard. I never gave my consent for that. I made them remove it to the street and I know they weren't happy because they had to drag the branches further to get them from my yard to the chipper. Not once did anyone from Yankee tree Service come to my door to advise me as to what they were doing. I would think Yankee should have some procedure in effect and at least get my consent in writing before they proceeded with the job.Totally unprofessional .The man in the bucket and I went at it for a few minutes because he said we just come here to do the job, the homeowner said he had your consent. The homeowner did not have my consent. All I knew is that they were coming to take down the two trees. One of the employees would relieve himself behind my shed and God knows where he threw all his cigarette butts. When they did the cleanup, the employee with the leaf blower was overzealous and blew a whole section of English ivy growing on my retaining wall to the ground. Never in a million years would I recommend this company to anyone.

He not only picked up, he said yes he could plow the driveway, that he'd be by about 8pm or so to take a look at it. I never saw him so I figured he got too busy for someone new. Lo & behold I woke up this morning to a plowed driveway, he came by overnight at some point, knowing we wouldn't be available to pay him. We'll work that out today I guess.
