We were searching for options. In our tight knit, long time community, Paul was recommended to us by four families that we know and trust. They had all recently moved in or out of our neighborhood. We used them twice in a year to move us out of our long time home into split storage and temporary condo, then again 10 months later to move us into our new permanent home. We also used him in the interim to split six extra long pallets of hardwood flooring from our garage to the first and second floors of the new house. This stuff was heavy and he got it done in a few hours. We needed this to let the floors acclimate to the indoor conditions. With his local ties and a relationship with the self-storage facility we used previously, Paul was granted 24x7 access. This helped us over the two week period we were purging and packing. A few times over that period, he would stop by in the afternoon or evening and clear space for us by taking stuff to our storage unit, then did our big move to the temp. condo in one day. This prevented us from having one big stressful moving day for everything and living in mountains of boxes. Leaving everything "packed" within the furniture was a great help too. He is more concerned with space in the truck than weight of the item. He packs the storage unit and truck masterfully.Paul also provided us with several of those "wardrobe" boxes that allowed us to take the hanging items out of our closets, hang them in a box, then right out into our new closets without removing the hangers. A real time and money saver! 10 months later, the same. He moved us from the condo to our new home, allowed us a week or so to settle into our living spaces with everything from the condo, then closed out our storage unit moving everything into the garage and basement, not cluttering our new home. This gave us time to process the long term storage items at our own pace, while living peacefully and clutter free, We even threw in a last minute move of our old kitchen cabinets and extra hardwood flooring to a relative's house 30 minutes away. He was happy to take care of this for us. He also informed our storage facility that we were done, so instead of having to call them the next day, they called us the very next morning and closed our account over the phone. What service! Paul is a long time coach of local athletes. In fact, his crew seems to be made up of current and former athletes. He never stops coaching them to keep them injury free and the most efficient way to move items. We loved this. His crew was polite and professional. Paul is intensely focused on his job. That's perhaps why we didn't experience a single scratch anywhere I hope never to need his services for moving again. But if I ever have any big lifting jobs, he'll be our first call. Thanks Paul!

I went in expecting a nightmarish move like our last experience (with another company), only to be surprised by how smoothly everything went in comparison to all our previous moves. Only a few minor things were damaged - nothing we can't live without or get replaced. The 3 man crew who completed our move were cordial, and were very careful and respectful of the furniture and properties. Their team leader was experienced and imparted some helpful advice on how to fix the legs of my old upright piano that had been damaged in a previous move. While this job certainly went overtime, the cost was reasonable for our shoestring budget. These young men worked hard, and my family and I really appreciate their efforts and due diligence.
