BUYER BEWARE. I am in the business of using hauling vendors on a continual basis. This company bid to remove trash and green waste from a property in Murrieta. After being paid $4000 up front, the job was only half completed (at best). After more than four months of promises (it will be done next week, etc.), this company abandoned the project based upon excuses which are, in my opinion, competely without merit. Based upon my experience, and in my opinion, this is a company that will abandon the job if paid up front and it concludes it can't make enough money. He was very thorough and removed all trash (didn't fill my trash cans with a bunch of junk for me to get rid of) swept up and wouldn't accept my payment until I was completely satisfied and had inspected the Job. We used Derrick and Labor Done to remove yard waste (tree clippings, 200+ large palm fronds, terra cotta planters...etc) and old patio furniture. I've used Derek's services twice within a few weeks during a kitchen and bath renovation and needed construction debris removed. The first time he was able to come out the next day. He's one of the few who service more rural communities further out like Anza/Aguanga. His price is fair and reasonable. Derek always texts back promptly and will to give me the ETA and was also on time. Let me tell you they work FAST and EFFICIENT. Within 15 minutes they were almost done filling that dump truck to the point my contractors were scurrying to haul out more construction debris from the house. They were impressed by how fast 2 guys can clean up the huge pile on the driveway. I even ask to add a few more junk I found and he was really cool about it. This is my far better than renting a dumpster from my experience (It would've cost me more to sign a contract and rent a dumpster and later pay additional fees for crap I can't prove). I didn't think twice to schedule him out again for another load a few weeks later. He and his buddy are in and out all awhile courteous and easy going. Yesterday I called Labor Done to get a price quote, after calling a few other places this place hands down had the best pricing around. I called back early this morning (about 7:40am) and as I was leaving a message, he was on the other line calling back immediately. He was very professional on the phone and I asked if they were able to remove an old leaking spa we had in the backyard between 9-12. He was unable to do it that early with such short notice and told us he was able to be there between 2-3. Since he knew we had wanted him to be there in the morning he showed up an hour earlier! When him and his employee showed up, they were both very polite, respectful and clean. They were in and out in about an hour and made sure to clean up any mess that the move might have made. They definitely worked smarter, not harder. We were very impressed by the over all experience with Labor Done. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing a spa removed!!
