I scheduled an in-person interview for 11am, then, the morning of the interview, someone called me at 9am to confirm my appointment, which I did. I drove to the location and soon as I walked in, the staff was hanging out at a desk, chatting, and the ladies told me that my interview was CANCELLED. They took my resume and said they'd call back for a Zoom interview but never did. Talk about disrespectful to a candidate who actually took the time to dress for an interview, show up, followed all their interview prep instructions, and even confirmed the appointment. Employers beware, as with this kind of "service" I'm not sure what kinds of candidates you get. Complete crapshoot.

I also found communication to be difficult at times. Phone calls often felt rushed, and responses to emails were delayed or did not come at all. There were several instances where I felt I had to take on much of the work myself, while still being expected to pay the full commission at closing. This left me feeling frustrated and unsupported throughout the process. Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to carefully review all terms in writing and ensure expectations are clearly documented before moving forward.
