I was really struggling with issues at work with my boss. I wasn't sure if I should file a lawsuit or ask for a severance. I always thought that the process was really complicated and that lawyers were huge jerks. I have never been in a lawsuit prior. Labor Law PC was recommended by an acquaintance. WHOA! It was a super easy process, we never even went to the office or had to do anything in person. He (Danny & Patrick) took our case right away. They said it could be as long as 1.5 years but happily it only took 11.5 months. The communication was always clear. Danny Yadidsion is a successful attorney who has been practicing labor and employment law for over ten years. I'm not sure why I'm getting the run around but I was told they would be available 24/7 and I try to respect hours and only contact during what I feel are business hours and I always get hit with they are in a meeting. This only happened right after a settlement was being reached. Now it's impossible to communicate. Very disappointed as I thought I was really being helped. I was suppose to get some forms sent to me to show the total and I never received it. Only slight gripe is whenever I left a text, phone call or email, took forever to respond about the progress of the case, which took forever itself ( 6 months), but it was worth the wait and would not hesitate to recommend or use again. Yet, despite it being a no-fault accident on my end, I continued to be hounded by the other driver's insurance to submit my (still ongoing) medical bills so that they could close my case, often withholding the detail that I legally had much more time to submit them. As I entered my 5th month of rehabilitation (and calls from them), I asked my aunt (a paralegal) if she trusted anyone to take my case and she referred me to McGee and Lerer. It was the right call. Their team (shoutout to Lorena especially!) handled almost everything on my case (aside from a few medical records that I said I could get) and it allowed me to focus on my life and stop getting frequent calls from this other insurance company. They said that it could take up to a year but probably sooner to get a settlement and case closed. But to my surprise, I got to learn in November (3 months!!!) that all was settled and done. I'm still recovering, but the settlement has allowed me to not worry so much about affording my ongoing care and just focus on getting back to 100. Their careful yet expedient treatment of my case is something I've raved to my family about over the holidays and I'm just only getting around to sharing my review but knew they deserve the public praise!

Hello, So I have been having a serious issue at work which has caused a lot of people retire or quit. The company that I work for, currently competed a merge and was bought out by a larger firm. After the merge, I was faced with a couple situations which involved discrimination... I called a couple different law offices to see if I was able to get help or a simple consultation but many didn't call back or said they could not take on my case.
