Let me just say that Joseph Tojarieh is hands down one of the most amazing lawyers. My father hired Joseph for a claim that was worth about $11,000. Although the claim was for a small amount, Joseph believed he could a lot more after penalties, fees and interest. Since we didn't have the money to fight the case, Joseph agreed to take the case on contingency - basically, he only got paid a percentage of what he was able to recover for us. As soon as we signed up with Joseph, he hit the ground running. He was diligent, prepared, and knew the law extremely well. Unfortunately, the defendant was super wealthy and spent what seemed like an unlimited amount of money to fight the case. But Joseph was undeterred. He fought the defendant and countless attorneys that were involved in the case at very stage. Even though he doesn't practice family law or bankruptcy law, he had to litigate the case in family law court and bankruptcy court at times to make sure the defendant did not get away. After a very long and gruesome battle, Joseph was able to win over $180,000 in damages, interest, penalties and attorney fees. Yes, you read that right. $180,000 on a case that was initially worth only about $11,000!! Absolutely crazy! Best part is that he was able to collect every penny of the judgment from the defendant.
