Awful customer service I was a customer in the spring /…read moresummer of 2023 I spent around $400 on there monthly weed care. I got no results. Called every week to explain my problems. I am not requesting money back and was even willing to go back as a customer. I was told by there rep Jose it was my fault as the customer for paying for the wrong service (I signed up for weed care. I happened to be home one afternoon washing my garage windows and I watched this gentleman cutting my neighbor's lawn. I was very impressed by the way he was mowing, trimming and making sure everything was looking good to his standards. I asked him if he was interested in another client. Lucky for me, once he finished up with my neighbor, he took a walk around my yard and gave me an estimate. (the price is compatible) I found the right place (MOWIT Lawn Care) and the right person, Rob, who takes the time to do the job right! He is very conscientious and takes pride in his work!
