We set an appointment for an estimate, i confirmed he would that he would not be doing the work, as I needed to make arrangements. He was a no call, no show. He finally reached out to me the next day, and we rescheduled for the following day. The next day two guys showed up to do the work, keep in mind I had no price. I was really disappointed, but misunderstandings happen. I reached out to him to reschedule, I apologized for the misunderstanding and sent him screenshots to explain why I wasn't expecting them. I figured after working with him for 8 years, in my home and at work was worth trying to overlook a misunderstanding. His response was that he would do the work I ate half the cost of his guys labor, no apology or recognition that he dropped the ball. It's really to bad, I have never gotten a second bid when I needed electrical work. I am not sure why he was so unprofessional, but I was incredibly disappointed.
