He was able to treat me and make my life much, much better. I was in a lot of pain for far to many years and I was too young to have to suffer for the rest of my life with this discomfort yet didn't know where to turn. After a few years of having in office treatments and I would see results that would only last 3 or 4 months (which Dr. Gilis told me would happe) I told Dr. Gillis I was wanted to have surgery. Dr. Gillis had agreed that it was the best option at this time. I knew the benefits would be life changing and lasting. Throught the prep both himself and his staff were amazing.. I have never seen such caring and compassionate people. They truly want to make sure you are taken care of and that you feel better! Your not a number here. In a lot of medicine you have become a number and not a person but at Dr. Gillis's office they still believe in the old school way of taking care of patients. You feel like you are family there. You are never rushed and you can always get a hold of someone if you have an emergency or question. Thank you to Dr. Gillis for making the quality of my life 100 times better and thank you to his staff at his office and Inland Hospital for their passionate care and comfort. I started going here as I was referred to get my cosentyx script from a provider here…read more Visit 1: As I'm sitting in the exam room I notice that wrappers, q-tips, gels, and other misc. trash/items were left behind from whoever was using the exam room before me. Visit 2: Two nurses who read the directions and asked me (the patient) for help with the injection itself. After they discussed how "horrible" my cysts looked at the last visit. I have no communication with Cosentyx despite being told they'd send my starting paperwork. I call Cosentyx and they say they have ZERO communication from this provided. I'm now a month overdue for my next injection and I've been calling the Biologics team for 3 weeks with no response. A receptionist sends me to an empty line where I leave a respectful but urgent voicemail and no one has returned my calls.
