Lace and Lilies was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding florals. They're a recommended vendor for Black Canyon Inn, and we can see why! From the very beginning, they were incredible listeners, taking our vision and turning it into something magical. Their communication was top-notch--they checked in on our progress regularly and provided a clear timeline that made the entire process stress-free. We loved that we could share a vision board and that they were happy to revise until we were completely thrilled. They also set realistic expectations, especially about what flowers were available in November. We had our hearts set on some blue tones, and they did an amazing job working through solutions with us, knowing that nature has very few true blue flowers. The final result was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. While there was a travel fee to our venue in Estes Park, it was well worth every penny to have their expertise. They also picked up all of their stands for a fee, which was a huge relief and completely worth it to not stress out our wedding party on the day after the wedding. A quick note to future couples: we learned the hard way that you can get a discount by paying with a check, something they clearly state on their site. We missed it, and while they couldn't reverse our payment, we wanted to share this so others can take advantage of that great offer. That was entirely on us, not Lace and Lilies. I'm convinced that Lisa is some kind of flower mind-reader - she managed to perfectly encapsulate a wide variety of the influences we threw out there (ex: "Lord of the Rings-y", "rustic/woodland vibe", "blue and orange but not tropical", "art nouveau") and ended up creating something that was even more perfect than what I could have articulated or imagined. Let me just start by saying, I have never seen more beautiful flowers!! Lace and Lilies was the floral designer for my friends recent wedding and let me just say, I was truly in Ah! They focused on all the amazing details from the couple, even including tropical flowers to represent the family's Hawaiian heritage. The colors were stunning on in the mountain background and framed the wedding beautifully. Next to the beautiful bride, of course, the flowers stole the evening. The wedding arch, the bride's bouquet and all the accent flower arrangements were perfection. I recently attended a wedding that Lace and Lilies designed the floral arrangements for. To say that they did an AMAZING job would be an understatement. I could not help but awe at the gorgeous arrangements put together and even snapped some pictures of some unique and different flowers I had never seen before. Long story short, original wedding was cancelled. I can go into so much detail. I have many emails for proof of their dishonesty and lack of respect for couples its unreal. Being from Texas, it was already tough to plan a wedding several states away, then imagine having all your hard work and brightest day of your life ripped straight from your hands only eight days prior!! My florist was one thing I thought could save me. All I cared about was having something I could hold, see, touch and to remember what was going to be the best day and look back and think about how we overcame this. They told me they would preserve my bouquet and send me a keepsake through the mail. So much more went into this but just these two photos should show you how much they really care about you as a bride. a couple, and a person. It took months to receive GRASS and these crap flowers that look like they were picked from the side of a highway, along with them absolutely refusing to see our heartbreak while saying all they could offer was a refund of $65 when our entire total was $500! What hurts the most is that throughout the entire process, I especially requested this one flower that I loved- Cafe Latte Rose, which she made sure to make the focal point of the photo she sent me when she received my flowers- she knew how much it meant. Then when I receive that thing, I got no cafe latte rose, a fragile and cheap frame, and literal grass. There's no way they only saved that from my entire bouquet. Of course not, because when I sent them screenshots of their INSTAGRAM profile using MY FLOWERS in ANOTHER BOUQUET on HER DINING ROOM TABLE to show her customers her cute display for advertisement, she immediately removed the posts! So not only did we pay all the money for our flowers that we took time to pick out every single detail to handcraft from the heart our bouquet, but then we didn't receive the one flower that she said she would make sure I would get because she knew I loved it, then said oh the best they can do is $65 THEN proceed to still get use of my flowers in other posts and bouquets for other people?? Just trash. Sorry if my grammar and post is everywhere.. I'm so fumed and I wound myself up again writing this review but it's time. Just know, that they are not with you or for you on your special day- which is the complete opposite of why I picked them in the beginning. They know how to word things so good I swear its scary.. Just make sure to go through PAYPAL so when they try to screw you over, you can get your full refund back like you deserve. They even told me to stop bothering them with my emails along other words, then when we involved Paypal you could see the entire tone change. Luckily, I went around their bullshit and got all our money back. They didn't even offer to help us get a discount or anything if we rescheduled our wedding. They are just trash. Please be aware. All these brides that have posted pictures- I really thought that would be me with a five star review even despite Covid cancelling our wedding they could've put in the bare minimum effort to soothe a bride who just had everything torn apart. For our rescheduled wedding, we went to Beet and Yarrow and it was everything we dreamed of...Their are so many better options out there Brides! read more

I highly recommend using Lace + Lillies if you want your exact wedding vision to be executed perfectly. I immediately clicked with them discussing my vision on the phone and knew I wanted to work with them, and they got as excited about what I wanted as I was. I was disappointed when their quote came back higher than other florists I had interviewed, but they had no problem figuring out a good compromise that still stayed true to what I wanted, while also lowering the cost. The day of, everything was as I had imagined, even better! I never had a single stressful moment when working with L + L, which is VITAL on your wedding day. Obviously it helped that I had an amazing wedding planner that they worked with seamlessly, but I truly believe that they would have made the wedding day a breeze even without one. The only two things that make me sad is flowers don't last forever, and that I never got to meet them in person (out-of-town bride). You will NOT regret working with this AMAZING florist.
