When you are finished with your nails they carry your things to the drying station. At the drying station you get a neck and back massage. They do a really good job. Besides nail services, they also offer waxing. They do not do acrylic nails, but they do gel. There is parking along the street right in front of the door and there is also a parking lot across the street.

During the massage, the therapist was kind, but she talked the entire time, which made it difficult to relax. As someone new to massages, I didn't feel comfortable asking for silence. I also felt like there wasn't enough focus on the areas I specifically mentioned--I was hoping for deeper pressure and more attention to those spots, but each area seemed to be worked on only briefly, and the pressure overall was quite light. I also felt a bit uncomfortable during the repositioning process. When I turned over, the therapist lifted the sheet and covered my chest in a way that didn't feel very discreet, and it didn't seem like much effort was made to maintain privacy. After the massage, I overheard one of the staff members in the lobby loudly ask the therapist, "Did any of them tip you yet?" which felt unprofessional. I paid $135 for the service and left a $10 tip, and when I handed it to her, she responded with "Just 10?" which made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. Overall, for a total of $145, the experience felt more like a light, rushed massage than a relaxing, professional service. I left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed with the value for the cost. I will say- the other two girls in our group had a better experience than me and the other girl did who had the same therapist.
