Well they didn't have all the information I needed, but they told me to leave my number and would do the research and call me back. Yes, the called me back, and yes they answered all my questions and concerns. I took my wife in to experience everything and she had one word to describe the whole experience "classy." And I definitely agree. They were kind, patient, knowledgeable, respectful, delicate, and all around a well established business. I love how they don't seek the provocative style of Victoria Secret, but a the respect that a woman deserves. I highly recommend LIFFT and will return and purchase from them again.

Lack of Business accountability, and exhausting customer service…read moreI am deeply disappointed with both the quality of the items I purchased here and the unacceptable way I was treated by management. I purchased two rhinestone cowgirl belts (nearly $70 each) that I was genuinely excited about. However, after wearing one of them just ONE time for less than two hours to an outdoor evening movie--normal wear, worn as intended--the rhinestone diamond glue strip completely separated from the band. Since both belts were the exact same style, I brought them back to address the defect. Instead of basic customer service, I was met with complete deflection. The employee claimed it was my fault, insisting I must have "left it in the heat" or done something wrong. When I spoke with the store manager over FaceTime, she took the same defensive stance, claiming that because she had never seen that issue before, I must have caused the damage. Mass-produced factory belts like these are known to have adhesive issues, yet management completely refused to acknowledge a clear manufacturing defect. When I calmly tried to explain my situation, the manager became extremely argumentative, talked over me continuously, and was thoroughly unprofessional. After a long, exhausting argument back and forth, she finally agreed to issue a refund for the single damaged belt. However, for the second identical belt, she flatly refused a refund and would only offer store credit. Unwilling to completely lose my money, I was forced to use the credit on something else I didn't originally want. To top it off, she ended the call with a condescending goodbye. If you ever need to return or resolve an issue at this store, be prepared for extreme difficulty, hostility, and a complete lack of basic courtesy. Save your time and shop somewhere that stands behind what they sell and treats customers with respect.

It's nice to have the attention of one employee and to not be surrounded by multiple girls also needing attention and dresses to try on. The associate will ask what your budget is up front and stick within that budget the entire time. I like that she even pulled dresses that were below my budget. The shop I went to before this one always gave me dresses that were either exactly my budget or just over it. I appreciated that aspect of this experience. Not only is this shop beautiful, but it offers so many dress options to choose from. The girl helping me was experienced with all the dresses offered in the shop and asked me specific questions of what I was looking for. When she came back from pulling dresses for me to try on, they were all exactly what I was envisioning and described. I tried on several dresses, but the one I bought really is "The Perfect Dress." I am so happy with my purchase and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!
