I chose Kait because her sweet smile in the picture just drew me in--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted with the warmest energy. I met Christine first, and she is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Then a stunning Mongolian goddess came out to the lobby (cheekbones for days!), and when I complimented her--because I do not hand those out unless I mean it--she smiled and said, "Oh, you'll be fine," in the sweetest way when I told her I was nervous. And then... there was Kait. She's a dead ringer for Kaley Cuoco--so stinkin' cute--and her energy is pure sunshine. From the moment we started, she talked me through every step, which I so needed, and she made the whole experience feel like catching up over coffee with a friend. The room had low, soothing lighting, relaxing music, and the perfect post-wax oil that made the whole thing feel like a mini spa moment. She was friendly and helpful. She said that the sugar was not turned on when she got there. Luckily them out the wax was. So the sugar was super hard. I grew out my leg hair for three weeks for sugar I was only in town for five days. So not exactly happy but happy I was able to get at least my hair removed that day. The girl was sweet and gave me a first time discount. Pertaining to the wax she didn't absolutely fantastic job it was painless with the wax that they use on the downtown area it's a hard wax and it's very helpful. I would return to utilize her services. A common theme in my reviews lately is that they remind me and help me to remember that the world is not a perfect place and I can't always get what I want.

She was very friendly and seemed to know what she was doing. I had full facial waxing. I knew something was not quite right when I felt stings on the corner of my eyes and the right side of my cheek. When I got home and looked closely in the mirror I saw that I had several red abrasion. Not sure if it was because the wax was too hot and burned my skin or if my skin was ripped. So I had a bit of scabbing on my face for a few days which reduced my enthusiasm for returning for future waxing here. I'm not sure what went wrong and this is not my first facial waxing.
