Unfortunately, the gel polish began chipping on a few nails just three days later. I returned to the salon to have this corrected, per my placed phone call to the business on August 2, 2026, and was advised to come back for the repair. The technician addressed the chipped nails, but the correction resulted in an uneven color, leaving the remaining nails noticeably lighter. When I politely brought this color discrepancy to his attention, his response was unprofessional. He asked, "Well, what do you want me to do?" I requested an additional coat to match the nails. He did the service with an attitude, stating that he was too busy. While I understand he was with another customer and paused briefly to service me, I informed him that I understand you may be busy however I have already paid. Given the poor customer service, I would visit the lounge again however would not want to be serviced by him.
