Customer service is amazing, I love the setting of the room and the lights! The people there are really nice, and they even offer you drinks to greet you! My barber, Anthony, always takes his time and offers me different products of which one to take. He is very supportive and talks to people to start up a conversation. Fair but not great. This review is for a pedicure and manicure that I received at the salon. The pedicure was rushed even though I was the only nail client. In my experiences with other salons you are offered a drink and given the chance to fully relax with a long leg massage. The pedicure was good, in terms of the nail trim and polish. I requested the manicure without polish but did ask for a buff-shine finish. The tech was unable to do this because they didn't have any buffers??? read more

Had hair/makeup done for an event and a bit delayed in leaving a review. Girls at this salon are very nice and the salon itself is lovely, trendy and clean! :) Having had hair and makeup professionally many times previously I was extremely disappointed. Hairstylist was unable to give me my desired style even though I had sent photos ahead of time confirming her abilities. The updo she did was cute but again for what I paid and asked for it was not what I wanted. Makeup application was the worst I have ever had. Knowing ahead of time that I am a red head the makeup artist should have confirmed she had the correct colors for my skin and hair. Warm tones! I ended up with ashy-toned/shiny skin and the colors overall very uncomplimentary to my coloring. I am sure for others it would be lovely but on me it was awful. As my husband drove us to our event I was scrubbing my face trying to "fix" my $250+ investment. I will not be back. read more

I came for a full highlight. Everybody was very attentive and nice. My hair stylist took her time w me and one of the owners made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated their kindness. My hair turned out really nice and glad she cut off all that damaged ends. I tipped very generously ($100) for my service which was around $170. When I came home I did notice that the highlights were applied straight across where she applied it. It was upsetting because she said she'd blend it to where when it grows out it wouldn't look noticeable since I'm pregnant and can extend the next visit. There are streaks of a darker color throughout some parts of my hair from the middle to the end like a trace of where she applied the toner w the squeeze bottle. I'm usually not picky and will go w whatever, but it just upsets me that I'm being told that they're gonna blend the highlights into my roots and to see a straight line from my natural hair to the lighter color. Other than that I just wanted to leave my thoughts. It is a very peaceful and relaxing environment for anyone to come get pampered. read more

These owners have very bad customer service skills and are the rudest people I've ever met inside a business. I could give instances but I won't waste time. They also make up things about people. Things that never happened. When the nail techs do a bad job, they blame the customer. I've been going there for at least 3 to 4 years and they have never been that nice to me. They make me an appt, then call with lies to tell me they cancelled due to someone else's attitude with them. It had nothing to do with me. Just save yourself time and go elsewhere. They also will use bad product and old polish that cracks. Bad bad attitudes. It's supposed to be about the customer, not about you. read more

I made an appointment for an up-do and makeup application prior to an event on Saturday. Unfortunately I received a call yesterday cancelling my hairstyling due to lack of available staff. I am still scrambling trying to find an available stylist elsewhere - plus, I had to cancel the makeup application since it makes no sense to rush to two different venues for the services (assuming I manage to find a stylist). I am really disappointed: I had looked forward to some pampering and to looking my best for an important event. read more

There are various levels to choose from with your manicure and pedicure. I had the essential manicure and signature pedicure. ($20 and $40) Both were amazing! My husband had intended to surprise me with a few hours to myself for a haircut on Mother's Day weekend, but on the day of the scheduled appointment I learned my stylist was sick. I received such a thoughtful call of apology from the owner, Rachel, who offered to not only reschedule my hair appointment but also provide a free facial at my convenience. Her salon is so beautiful inside, caters to the comfort of the client, has really good lighting to actually see the color, and uses only the best product. Glow is completely professional and welcoming from the moment I make an appointment to when I check out, it is a pleasure and joy to get my hair done, with the added bonus of loving my hair when I walk out. I can't say enough positive things about Glow. I don't know about you, but when I don't like my hair, nothing really seems to work. Very cute salon, and I really wanted to like it. However, I would suggest to anyone going that you get a price quote EVERY step of the way. I was told one price on the phone and charged $70 more upon checking out. Not to mention I walked out of the salon with my hair grey & purple (I am a blonde and went in for a full highlight). I was told to come back if it didn't wash out in 2 days. Well, there was no way I was going back after that, so I had to search online for something I could do at home. Finally, after taking out most of the grey/purple myself, I went to a different salon 2 weeks later for a consultation and the stylist STILL saw purple in my hair and said she would have never guessed I had highlights done as my roots were very dark in comparison to the length of my hair. Cute salon, nice people, but that's about all I can say positive about my experience. read more

Nice ladies, but had a few issues with my experience. Came for a cut and color, just wanted my hair to a dark brown. It ended up black on the ends due to my hair having blonde at the bottom before the coloring, which I did not like. There is also small pieces that are still my natural color that did not get colored. also paid for a cut in which didn't really result in an actual cut. I wanted the smallest amount off of my ends and they weren't touched. And last but not least, either I was overcharged or I paid for a shampoo and style when I wasn't expecting to. Not sure how you can get your hair colored and not have a shampoo included because it has to be washed after the dye. The style was not anything I wanted but they did not give me an option which appealed to me, they asked me if I wanted to let my hair air dry or have it blown out. They were also very quick and rough with my hair yanking it while blow drying it and it hurt. Don't think it was worth the money I paid for it. Maybe it was all a big misunderstanding, not sure. read more
