She says she's includes children with special needs but her inclusive approach is handing a child an iPad and calling it a day. The windows are leaking due to improper seal in the red room. The only reason we stayed at this place they call a center is due to how fond my infant was to the infant teacher. She was the sweetest human and they don't deserve that angel of a woman.

This place has gone from great to disgusting and unsafe over the past couple of years. Management…read morehas turned over a couple of times since then and teacher staff is now a revolving door. We just pulled our daughter out of there because they aren't even pretending to apply a curriculum for pre-k. They're babysitters, now, and not even very good ones at that. Most recently, we found soiled clothing stuffed into her backpack with her other clothing, sheet, and blanket. Not in a bag, just right into her backpack which now is soaked with urine. My four-year-old doesn't often have accidents, but good lord, what lazy, thoughtless person thought this was ok? During the pandemic, staff was supposed to be masked. Almost daily, either on dropoff or pickup, there were staff seen in classrooms or in the office (the part parents and kids walk though) either completely without a mask or the mask pulled down. Every time I brought it up, I was told that they'd "mention it in a staff meeting" or confirm that yes, it is their policy for staff to mask up. Regardless of your views on masking, the fact that they just didn't enforce their own policies that are supposed to be in place for safety, is unacceptable. The owner, Tom, also spread misinformation during the pandemic regarding masks and other preventive measures via signage posted at the center and at the summer camp location. This place started going down hill quickly when the director (a couple of directors ago, I think) left. Andrea was the last good one, but it was clear that she was being hamstrung from actually doing anything good there. I know it's tough finding a child care center these days, but please, if you have the option, look elsewhere. I'm sure there are other places just as bad or worse, but I no longer trust this place to keep my child safe and certainly not to prepare her for kindergarten. The dozen or teachers who have cycled through that room in the past few months have been uninterested in getting to know the kids, have completely ignored kids who clearly needed attention, were downright mean to kids (witnessed during dropoff on numerous occasions). If you can help it, please trust your children to another center. Also, the five star review that this is updating was written with the promise of a starbucks giftcard. I'm not sure how many other positive reviews are genuine.

I also have extensive professional corporate experience in executive positions.  My last charge was a year ago and I decided it was time to love another young one. I find great enjoyment in teaching children.  I contacted Madison after seeing a position I was very much peaked my interest.  The response from Madison was " You sound great and I would love to interview you! I am currently on leave and conducting all of my interviews via Skype or Facetime."  I responded that I did not use Skype (archaic type of video chat) and had an Android. However suggested we could do Facebook messenger as video chat or an initial telephone interview.  Madison responded with "FB messenger is definitely an option, let's do that!" And set a meeting time.  The meeting time came and went with no contact from Madison. I called and left her a VM as well as reached out via email with no response to our missed meeting. I wish I had read all the reviews prior to applying and wasting my valuable time. This is an issue with her. And while she continues to apologize and/or make excuses it appears this is ongoing for years.  In my experience this nanny serive will let down both the nanny and families with the lack of follow through, professionalism and consistent excuses as to why it failed (her previous responses) Hopefully in the future she will realize the value of others time.

He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I scheduled a trapping program and for some improvements that needed to be done to my crawl space to mitigate against critter access. I now have peace of mind that the critters will be trapped and I won't have this concern anymore; at leadt for awhile: we are talking about Seattle and they ( rats) are this town's dirty little secret!

DO NOT HIRE PURCOR. Like other people have said, I'm about to take Purcor to small claims court for…read morethe $10k they cost my husband and I to get our crawlspace totally gutted and redone. They do not stand by their work and actually tried to scam us with unneeded repair work We paid purcor to seal up our crawlspace back in 2022 for mice intrusion. We have used them continuously since and the work was warrantied for the life of the policy. Last year they did a free annual home inspection and the inspector said something about evidence of mice in the crawlspace again and he would send a report. The report was never sent despite me asking multiple times for it. Our tech kept coming out and putting traps in the crawlspace. Fast forward to this winter and we're hearing scratching in the crawlspace. The tech came out (who we actually like, no complaint there) and said we needed an inspector to view the space. As we kept trying to schedule that, they insisted it should just be part of the annual home inspection. I mentioned how we didn't even get the last report but fine. He comes out, says there is heavy rodent activity and they're burrowing under the foundation into the space. Rather than sending a home inspection report (again, didn't get one) we got an invoice for $9k+ in repairs and $3k+ to trench along part of the house to put in mesh. Because of the high amount money being asked, we had two different companies come out and review the crawlspace. They both said there was no evident of rodents coming under the house because there was a poorly patched vent they could walk right in from. The company that renovated the space even put that into a letter for us to present to Purcor. We also found out talking to the tech that the inspector told him he tried to repair the same vent while he was under the house so he clearly knew how the rats were getting in. We don't like leaving reviews like that. We emailed our client rep, explained the situation including copies of the invoices for the work Purcor did, the letter from the company explaining their finding and gave Purcor the chance to make this right. We were told our issue was escalated to management and they would reach out. No reply. I emailed three weeks later, asking again if they wanted to make this right to avoid cancelling service and negative reviews. We gave them another week. Still no reply. So we emailed to say we were canceling service and here we are. Do yourself a big favor and pick another company. They do not standby their work. They will not make things right if they mess up. They will try to scam you by pushing unneeded work.
