I now believe that the miserable 'nachos' I got in April must have been on a bad day for the cook staff. The meals we have ordered since then have been uniformly excellent , on time and perfectly done. We've ordered a variety of entrees and all were wonderful. standouts are the taco plates and chile rellenos, also chimichanga. Tex-Mex done right! They have earned our repeat business. We also tried the Dirty Donkey, a hefty beef burrito smothered in their delicious chili gravy, served with beans and rice, and a Crunchy taco for only $13. Plus, I had the two-taco combo plate, which included an enchilada (I chose cheese) and a tamale, and beans and rice all covered in chili gravy.
