This BB is part of Somerset South. However, it has its own entrance (big plus). It has two floors and a classy, refined interior. Dress shirts and ties are on the ground floor. One thing that immediately distinguishes this store is service. You don't feel like salesman prey when you walk in here. However, the staff is quite knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Amy, the person who helped me, explained that the store has only non-iron shirts in stock but offered to order the non-non-iron kind for me free of shipping cost if desired. After doing my homework on the BB non-iron process and cloth, I decided to try the shirts. Nevertheless, Amy said that she didn't want me to be unhappy. She said that I could wash one of the three shirts I bought, try it on and return the three shirts for an exchange if the washed shirt felt bad (happily, it did not). That's service! One $200 sweater I purchased came back from its first dry cleaning with 3 visible marks where the fabric had torn away. I took it in today simply to swap out and (without even looking up my account history!) was confronted while waiting in line at the register by a guy who looked at it and immediately told me to go pursue reimbursement from the dry cleaner!! I told him please let me get to the register so you guys can look up my account, and he got more firm with me that they're not going to do anything for me. What a flawed business strategy by a high-end retail chain. My money will be well spent elsewhere going forward.

If you are selling - you are only allowed to bring in so many bins/laundry baskets full of your things. Garbage bags are not allowed. Lately this store has allowed 2 bins to try to sell. Each store is different with how they will take clothes that you want to sell. My favorite is carrying a 20 gallon storage bin and barely being able to open the door - all your pride is out of the window trying to open that door along with your bins. Staff barely acknowledge your presence. There is a kiosk that you have to enter your driver's license in the back of it and this inputs your information. It lets you know how long the wait will be. Depending on the day, I have waited an hour but other times it has been hours and hours, might as well come back the next day. The staff will then hand you your receipt and tag your bin. I try to stick around to shop so then I can use the 15% off coupon they give you when they buy your items. The store is packed - shoes, clothes, books, seasonal items, and toys in between. Most clothes I see are being sold for $7 or less - mostly $5-4 is usually the items I have bought. The clothes are clean and I feel for fast fashion, cheaper to buy here then on Amazon. I asked to see what clothes they took out of curiosity and the staff was adamant that I had to keep the clothes in order of how they were laid in their bin. This store seems to like sports gear like a Lions or Tigers shirt and name brands. The most they have taken from me was 23 items, last time I went they took 16 items but I had my 20 gallon storage bin that was full. You can ask for either store credit or cash. I usually try to buy things while I am there to just make it a wash and use the 15% coupon with my transaction. One staff member was amazing in my many times coming here - otherwise, no customer service and staff seem miserable working there. But as a mom - not left with many choices. There are consignment stores in the area but I don't have time for that. I usually donate my clothes to the Grace Center of Hope - Women and Children's Center. Good luck, moms!
