I was talking to a staff member when this woman came up to me and spoke harshly to me. She put me out of the store and I did nothing but spoke to a staff member. When asked why she was talking rudely to be she asked me to leave the store. I did nothing wrong but was treated like a criminal. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed by the service. As long as she is there working, I will never walk in that store again. I called customer service at GAP and nothing has been done. GAP should be ashamed of how they treated customers. I felt this manager was being biased and profiled me because of my skin color. She did not know me and I didn't know her but she asked me to leave. Gap is known for racial discrimination. I haven't been to many other Calvin Klein stores although I just realized that they should have one of these store in Rosemont, IL. It's always fun to look at and see the newer styles in this store. I can bring my family for the women's aide of the store. The sales people are really nice people and very helpful when you need them. It seems as if they are short staff since I only saw 3 or maybe 4 sales people working. Great stuff to look and will visit it the next time I visit the mall.
