As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. I told them the exact shoe, color and size. Lissie checked and said they don't have them in store but was I willing to check another location? I said yes and she checked right then and there. She said another store had them and if I was willing to wait a day or two she would personally pick them up and bring them back to the location closest to me. I have never been offered that and thought that was super awesome! I "ordered" them today and will get them Thursday morning. Very excited and super impressed!

Nowhere on any of the signs did it say clearance shoes were not included. When I got to the register the salesperson very rudely stated that the clearance shoe could not be used for the bogo. They wasted my time in searching for shoes and lost my business. Why not put any exemptions on the sign so people know up front. Won't be returning, too many other places I can shop.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, especially Melissa, the store manager. She was helpful and fun and made the buying experience just great! I am bringing my wife back, since the Burr Ridge store is closed. Clark's are well-made shoes and I have worn them for years. This is now our "New Store". Give them a try - you might be pleased!
