Quick, easy and always a smooth process everytime I go. I've exchanged different types of currency here and never had any issues. The girls working here are very nice, helpful, and know what they are doing. Rates are very competitive as well. There is a big parking lot here but it can sometimes get full but I've never had any issues from the times I've gone. I'm usually in and out very quickly as they make the process a very smooth one. My wife and I recently returned from Roatan, Honduras with a pocketful of Limpiras. It wasn't much, about $40, but why not convert it? We found parking in the lot fairly easily, although I could see how it might get a bit crowded. I do believe there are two reserved spots right in front, though. Second time coming here. Both times young girl clerk has demonstrated an unwelcoming attitude, and their exchange rate was one dollar less than the actual rate. They also have a whopping 3% surcharge on the total exchange for using debit card. read more

There are some parking lots nearby that charge by either the 15 minute or a 20 minute increments. On our visit we had a few transactions so we needed a little bit more time but another guy came in while we were there and was in and out really quickly so if you have a Single transaction that might be a cost-effective parking solution for you when you're going to the spot. They were really friendly and transparent. He even tried to give us small bills when he could. We weren't aware of the two forms of ID requirement with transactions over $1000 but he even offered to print out a copy of our passport if we could have somebody at home send us a photo of it. Overall really great experience and good exchange rates. read more
