Great rate changing dollars to Euros. Service was accurate , courteous, and expedient. The worker counted the money several times for accuracy , changed to smaller denominations and recounted in front of me again. They will also buy back whatever currency you come back with but warned they only buy back the paper money not the coins. Good to keep in mind. I can't say enough, Manny took care of me on the fly. I walked in the day of my trip and he was able to convert all of my cash in to euros without a problem or extra fees. I bought several Money Orders from these Guys. My Life Got Crazy/Busy.....Consequently I never Used The Money Orders. So I took them Back to These Guys to get Money Back. These Guys First Acted Like They Were Gonna Give Me My Money Back, Then Said They Needed To Check With The Money Gram People, Then Lied About Talking To Money Gram People, And Finally Lied To Me. The Guy I Spoke With Became Belligerent, and Unprofessional. I Never Got My Money Back !! I Will Never Ever Do Business With These Guys Again. Beware !! These guys had the best rates when I wanted to change euros to dollars . I got $60 more than I would have at the second best location . They're very clear about their rates and the fact that they do not charge any extra fees the guy I spoke to on the phone was polite and courteous and when I got there again I was met by a very amiable, polite person who speedily changed the currency and I was on my way . Better than the bank, that's for sure! Love them. When it comes to money, you could never trust anyone! Yet, these folks are trustworthy (at least in my book). Went for Euros got them at a better rate than the bank, no fees, fast and easy. So after leaving the bank frustrated because of exchange limits (3k, really wells fargo?) and exchange delays (bank of the west makes you wait for them to mail the money.) I found this place on yelp, so I gave them a call. Immediately I was told everything I wanted to hear. I went there the same day, and encountered no sort of issues. Odd thing is, I've used this exchange before and it was a seamless process. However, this time around, it was unbearable and unprofessional. I called the store earlier in the day to ask if they had pesos in stock. I was told yes so informed the representative that I would be in within the hour. However, upon arrival, I was told they didn't have anymore unless I had placed an order earlier. I was confused. The representative didn't tell me O needed to place an order nor did I know it was necessary. She then tells me that it is my responsibility to ask questions to which I replied how am I supposed to ask questions about a process that I didn't know existed? She then says it was busy and she answers all questions but doesn't provide all information. After a bunch of back and forth and dismantling her very poor logic and irrationality, I walked out. I encourage you all to find a different currency exchange with proper professionals who are more respectful and knowledge about their processes. read more
